complicated

             Alana's_pov
I just got home from a long lazy weekend with my bestfriend Alexia. We went to visit her grandparents in Orlando Florida for spring break. But sadly I had to leave early because my parents had some "important" news that just cant wait. So here i am sitting in the backseat of the car heading home from LAX airport.
            We just pulled up the driveway to are house.  My dad told me just to go inside and he will get my bags. So thats what i did. For the most part im a good kid. I follow almost all of my parents rules, i get good grades in school, And my room is always clean.
      My parents set me down for a family meeting. We normally dont have these unless somebody died or something.
       "what's up?" i asked.
       "Well your dad just got a new job!" my mom said excitedly.
       "Thats cool.... what's your new job?" i asked.
       "Well im still a lawyer just higher ranked. So i guess i didn't really get a new job just a promotion." he said.
       "but there's a catch." my mom said.
       "what?" i asked suspiciously.
       "Well...Uh...In order for me to uh.. Actually get the job we have to move..." Dad started.
      "WHAT!!" i screamed.
      "now hunny there's no need to yell." my mom said.
     "YES THE FUCK THERE IS!!" i yelled.
     "Alana Marie Johnson!" my dad said.
    "Dad we cant move i have a whole life here..." i said.
     "Well you can get a new one." he said plainly.
yeah i could.... maybe.... but its not that easy.... and i don't know anybody in Virginia...... i would go to a new school and ughhh...
"we cant move dad... mom" i pleaded with them...

"the decision was already made... we already bought a new house.... and we are waiting for an okay to put this one on the market...." mom said.
"so i had no say so???" i asked.
i could feel the tears starting to brim my eyes..... i didnt bother to hear what they said.. i just got up and went to my room...
