part 3: " the realization "

( hey guys! This is gonna be kinda a long chapter lolol. Usually I focus on dan or phil in a chapter but I am gonna do both p.o.v's this time. Enjoy tho! :3 )
( p.s, the last chapt chapter was mostly 1st person. This chapter might switch back and forth from 1st person and 3rd person. )

Phil's p.o.v:

( a few weeks later after dan found phil)

* phil sniffles, yawns and then opens eyes*

Sitting up in bed, phil scratches his nose. A smile from corner to corner on his face. For today, phil would meet dan. Phil had never ever felt so strangely about someone.

Standing up in his boxers, he walks to his bathroom across the hall. Phil straightens his thick, curly black hair.  He wanted to look perfect for dan.

Phil walks back to his bedroom slowly, contemplating what he should wear today. He  was tired of his usually " t shirt and shorts " look so he got a button up and black skinny jeans. He made sure everything was perfect and symmetrical;  dan has OCD.

Phil pulls out his phone and texts dan.
P: " heh hey "

D: " hi m8 "

P: " wyd"

D: " getting dressed hbu "

P: "heh same. Meet me at Starbucks in 30 "

Dan didn't answer for 10 minutes leaving phil anxious, worried and all together scared. Phil didnt want dan to hate him.

Finally when dan answered phil jumped in excitement, his hands shaking.

D: " sure lol see you soon Philly~ ttyl"

Phil screams ( silently ) in joy. He had never felt this way about some one. 

Dans p.o.v:

Phil and I  had been texting for the last hour while I  was getting ready for our meet up. I wanted to look nice for phil, as he was special to me,  i really do care about phil. A lot.

- the meet up -

I walk into the starbucks, shaking. I couldn't see phil anywhere and I was worried he wouldn't show up. Yeah it was his idea but ( TRIGGER WARNING) what if he found my MySpace and saw how ugly I was.
* rolls up sleeves to show cut scars *

Dan was about to leave when phil came into the starbucks. Phil's hair blown back from the light breeze.  Dan wanted phil... dan thought that phil was a beautiful creature, cuter then that cheep whore he took to prom.  (she was cute but, quit the slut) phil was.... adorable.

Phil's p.o.v:

" DAN! " I exclaim running towards him, embracing dan; dan was so cute. His cute hair that was obviously straightened. His smile was priceless. Instantly phil wanted to kiss dan..... Dan instantly blushes but returns the hug " aw! Your not ugly your so cu- " phil was cut off when he saw Dan's scares. Phil was shocked but he wouldn't judge. Dan really didnt seem like that type of guy. Dan fumbles with his sleeves while blushing immensly.then all of a sudden dam  bolts out of the star bucks, embarrassed.

" DA-DAN! WAIT! " phil yells chasing after him all the way to the park. Dan had started slowing down, his breath heavy; he sat on the bench behind him. " dan... im so sor- " phil again. Was cut off when dan rolled up his sleeves.

"Phil... you?.... you too?.... " dan said starting to tear up " I.. I dont know what you've gone through but I... I thought I was the only one"

Phil lunges forward at dan and embraces him in a hug only to kiss him on his soft lips. Phil and dan wet both tearing up and blushing at the same time.

Dan grabs Phil's faces and smiles, returning the kiss also but starting with a peck only to end with their touches inter winding with eachother. After a few minutes they stop kissing.

" phil we have been messaging for a while now and- "
" AND I DONT THINK I CAN DO THIS " dan shot up and bolted away,  starting to sob. I could tell dan hadn't come out of the closet yet.  Beck neither have I but... Dan hasn't even accepted himself yet.

That didn't change how I feel.

All the doubts and beatings of being a homosexual didn't matter anymore. I will love dan forever. If that is what it Took to find him then it was worth it.
