"Kara get yo ass up I know you hear that damn alarm clock" I heard my moms voice eco through my room I took my hand out from under the cover and hit the freezing alarm clock as I pulled out my feet and headed to the bathroom I looked at myself in the mirror and saw a lost girl. I leaned down on my sink and rinsed my face then hopped in the shower when I was done I lotioned myself then picked out a pink crop top that showed my belly button ring and light blue ripped jean shorts and my pink and black retros before I curled my hair and brushed my teeth

"You look like a fucking slut" my so called mother said to me leaning on my door frame and drinking a bottle of chardonnay

"Yeah and look who's fucking talkin" I said grabbing my bag from off the bed and brushing past her.

"Look here you little bitch I brought you in this damn world and I sure can take you out"she said slurring her words

"Go ahead its better then living without my dad and living with the devil its self" I said walking out the door and slamming it behind me before she could say anything else

and walked down the steps of our apartment building until I heard a door slam shut I already knew who's door it was and let me tell you she was bout to show out

"So bitch you think you bad cusin me out slammin my doors and think you gon get away wit it hoe you got another fucking thing commin for your ungrateful ass" she yelled from upstairs at the same time throwing her empty chardonnay glass bottle at me but I moved before she could we do this everyday its ridiculous

"You fucking psycho bitch" I yelled when a piece of glass landed in my arm

"Janet get back in the house" Ms.Pat

said dragging my screaming mother back in our small appartment, then came downstairs with some rubbing alcohol and a cloth

"You ok sweetie" she said dabbing my arm then looking at me and repeating Ms.pat was a nice older lady she was about 49 years old

"Yeah I guess I was just a little to slow this time" I said with a chuckle

"Well do you need a ride to school" she asked

"No mam im fine" I said removing my arm from her grip

"What I told you bout calling me  mam now get yo ass in this car girl im giving you a ride" she said pushing her glasses up on her face as she got in her car

"Another day another bitch" I said to myself
