What's up guys? I'm back!! I hope you guys like my new story. Well... Let's get on with the story! Bye guys
~Paige Hunter's POV~
"You stupid little bitch! I told you to make food before we came home! But instead, you fall asleep!'" my "father" said. I felt a sharp pain as my head turned to the left. I knew I was slapped, but I knew better than to scream in pain. "This is the second time you fell asleep without making us dinner!" my "mother" yelled. "That's it little bitch! You are sleeping in the basement without dinner," my father said. Mom grabbed me by the hair and dragged me down to the basement. When we go to the door of the basement, she let go of my hair and opened the door. I thought I was going to walk down the stairs, but Mom decided to push me down the stairs.
I fell down the stairs in pain, but I kept the scream trying to come out inside. I hit the solid ground as she closed and locked the door. The basement was dark, cold, and only had one thing in it. A broken mirror. I crawled towards the window, and stared at my reflection. Why me? What did I do to deserve these parents? I guess, I can tell. I was ugly, and couldn't do anything right. I picked up a piece of broken glass, and made line across my skin. Blood seeped through, but I didn't care. Another scar to go with the others. I looked out at the tiny, dusty window, and saw that it was night. I lied on the ground and fell asleep.
I woke up, and saw light coming through the window. Time to get up, and make breakfast for the devils. I got up unsteady, but I leaned onto the wall for support. I silently and slowly walked up the stairs. I turned the knob and saw it was unlocked. She must've known that I was going to make breakfast. I opened the door and walked to the kitchen. As I walked to the kitchen I saw that it was 7:00 a.m. Plenty of time to get their breakfast made, and get ready for school without seeing them. I made it to the kitchen without much noise. With slow and quiet movements, I made their breakfast without waking them up. It was Wednesday, so I had school today.
I quietly walked up the stairs to go to my room, and get ready. I went straight to my bathroom as soon as I walked in my room. I had a large bruise on my face from the slap, and my head hurt from my hair being pulled. I looked at my wrist, and saw that it stopped bleeding, but started to scar. The bruise on my face was dark so I was able to hide it with concealer. I went to the shower, undressed, and got it. After about 15 minutes, I got out and grabbed a towel. I picked out my dark wash skinny jeans, black ankle converse, and a We The Kings oversized sweat shirt. I put on concealer for the bruise, and put on about 7 bracelets on both arms.
I brushed my hair, and put it into a messy bun. I didn't wear makeup so I didn't have to worry about a thing. When I was finished getting ready, I went downstairs quietly. My parents were still asleep, so I went to the kitchen and grabbed an apple. It was already 7:45 a.m and school started at 8:45. I left the kitchen, and went to the front door, grabbed my skateboard, and grabbed my backpack. I walked out the door, and down the sidewalk while riding my skateboard.
School was kinda dead, but that was because I was quite early. There were some students roaming the halls, but overall not a lot of noise was made. I went to my locker, and put my skateboard away. I have some time to spend. I think I'll go to the empty art room. The empty art room was the last room in the darkest hallway. No one I mean no one goes there but me. I go there to paint when I have time. I started walking in the direction of the art room.
After about 3 minutes of walking, I arrived at the art room. I went inside, it was dark, but I turned on the switch. The art room was filled of paintings I made in the past 3 years. I picked up a new canvas and set it on a stand. I grabbed paint and started on my new project. I finished the painting in 15 minutes. It was a black and white heart on one side, and a colored one on the other side. I got up and turned the lights off, and walked back into the crowded hallways. I put up a fake smile as soon as I saw 4 of my best friends.
Lisa McAllister. My fashion wise and preppy girl. Loves to shop, and hang out with friends. Ryan McCabe. Lisa's two year boyfriend. Is on the soccer team and is best friends with Coby Allen. Coby Allen, on the soccer team too. Loves to hang out with his friends, and make music. Last but not least my closet best friend, Stella Trippy. Knows almost everything about me except about my parents. Is dating Coby, and loves to sing.
"Hey guys!" I said as I reached them. "Hey bestie," Stella said. We all had our conversations when everyone started to part the halls. I turned around and saw a nightmare. Lily Lloyd, school's slut. She basically can get any guy. She'll act like she likes them, but leave them like nothing happened. She was walking towards someone, and that someone turned out to be me. "Hey pig. Lose any weight yet? Ugh. You're so ugly," she said. I looked anywhere but her. "Hey listen to me, bitch! No one wants you here, so why don't you fuckin die already?!" she yelled.
She pushed me into a locker, and slapped me. Hard. I held my cheek and got up. Where are my friends you ask? Well, they left a couple minutes before this happened. They had to go somewhere for school. "Fat pig, why don't you go and lose some weight, I'm sure you sound like an elephant when you walk," she said laughing. She walked away and everyone went back to their business. She was a bully, but I was her main target. I've been her main target since 8th grade, and now its 11th grade.
~Time skip: End of the day~
Finally, I can leave this hell hole you call school. I went to my locker, and made sure Lily wasn't near me. I quickly grabbed my skateboard, and left the school. I arrived at home when I saw a moving truck at the house next to mine. Oh, someone is finally moving there. I walked in the door, and was greeted by a makeup caked face. Mom. "Bitch, we are having our new neighbors over, and we want you to cook. Don't do anything stupid," said the she-devil. I walked upstairs and got ready, and by ready I mean I just put on a white flowy shirt. I pulled my hair down and straightened it. Time to cook.
I went downstairs, and into the kitchen to make dinner for seven people. I decided to make spaghetti and garlic bread. After an hour of cooking, the guests finally came. Here we go. Hopefully I don't mess up. Mom invited the guests in as I set up the table. I finished setting up the table and turned around. I met the most beautiful blue eyes ever. Those eyes belonged to a boy my age. He was at least a head taller than me. The boy has short brown hair, and bangs that he has to flip sometimes.
"Sweetie, this is the Clark family," mom said in a "sweet" voice. I smiled at them, and they smiled back. "I'm Grace Clark, but call me Grace. This is my husband, Steve Clark," said the woman next to my mom while pointing at the man next to her. "This is my only daughter, Lucy," Grace said pointing at the girl with blonde hair and green eyes. "And this is my oldest, and only son, Vincent," she said pointing to the boy next to me.
After introductions, it was time for dinner. I sat down at the far end away from my parents. Vincent sat next to me. As we ate, I went to get some garlic bread just as the same time Vincent did. Our hands brushed against each other. I quickly pulled my hand towards me, and blushed slightly. "Vincent, here is going to your school, sweetie," Grace said. "Really?" I asked "Yup."
After dinner, I picked up everyone's plate, and accidently dropped one of them. Fuck!! Why did that happen? I'm getting in so much trouble! Luckliy the Clark family left, and only mom and dad heard the plate drop. "You clumsy bitch!! Why are you breaking plates?" mom asked/yelled. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to," I said. "Sorry my ass," dad said. I felt a sharp pain again, but on my leg AND face. I was kicked and slapped by Mom. "Hurry up, and go upstairs, bitch! Mom yelled.
I ran up the stairs, and ran into my rom. I locked the door, and fell asleep with tears on my face.
I hope my life gets better.
