(Grayson Goodman and Ms. Holdai were sitting together and having a drink)
NARRATOR: It was at the corporate summer party.
Grayson Goodman and Ms. Holidai were both each drinking a nice glass of Grand Marnier.
That night he was calmly conversing with Ms. Holidai the co-founder and current president of this pharmaceutical company.
MS. HOLIDAI: Grayson, the company is going through some tough changes; many pay for only one mortgage, I'm responsible for ninety of them.
(Grayson Goodman sips his drink as he closely listens)
GRAYSON GOODMAN: Ms. Holidai, you're a wonderful leader you've built this place from scratch.
MS. HOLIDAI: Thank you, but I soon have to layoff seven percent of my staff. Tell me Garyson, how can a great leader handle something like that?
GRAYSON GOODMAN: Ms. Holidai, as a matter of fact you've done the best that you could, but the company hasn't grown much like it should. Don't blame yourself for the loss; to them you'll always be a great boss. You've employed some great people and your staff was well trained.
When it's time for them to leave you, it won't be hard for them to find work again.
NARRATOR: They both proposed a toast with newfound hope as the live jazz band in the background continues to play.
(Grayson Goodman and Ms. Holidai are sipping and smiling as they both enjoy their glass of Grand Marnier.)
NARRATOR: Then there was Rudy Ms. Holidai's secretary She's having a hard time adjusting to reality.
RUDY: Grayson, I just recently got divorced and things seem to be getting worse. I lost custody of my kids to one crazy jerk.
(Rudy with a sad face looking at Grayson Goodman deep in his eyes, she continues to say)
RUDY: Grayson, I joined double A and I've been clean for 28 days.
(Grayson Goodman carefully pays attention to what she had to say)
GRAYSON GOODMAN: Rudy, you're in a tough situation and it's difficult to go on. Nevertheless, follow the divine inspiration to hold on and be strong. Even when things seem to be so unclear, realize like Bon Jovi, you are already half way there, knowing that miracles happen frequently only through prayer.
RUDY: (with tears slowly going down her rosy cheeks) Grayson, Thank you for the talk. I know things will get better one day.
GRAYSON GOODMAN: (with a soft smile responds) My pleasure.
(Grayson gives Rudy a hug never ever touching his glass of Grand Marnier)
NARRATOR: Grayson Goodman stepped outside with his drink to grab a breath of fresh air.
Although it was a very hot summer night that evening, everything seemed cool, and then quickly his attention shifted to the screaming in the nearby pool.
(A voice of a young lady is heard yelling in the background)
NARRATOR: Grayson Goodman hears her yelling, so he begins rapidly running as his drink flies from his hand and crashes to the ground.
He jumps into the water, recognizing the young lady as his baby sister who might've drowned.
He grabs her from the water and moves her to the lounge chair as he slowly lays her down.
He made sure she was ok as he begins to look around.
Then there was a maître d' that saw his deed.
MAITRE D' : I saw what you did for her, so I poured out a nice glass of Grand Marnier for you, mister.
