Adriana

I woke up to hear a light snoring coming from the other side of the room.

I got up and saw Joshua sleeping soundly over on his bed. I decided I would go to the diner today for breakfast.

I grabbed some clothes and went to the bathroom to change.

I closed the door and slipped a black spaghetti strap tank top and a pair of high wasted shorts. I looked pretty good in my opinion. I combed all the knots out of my hair and curled it after I was done.

I put on a little bit of mascara and a light layer of nude matte lipstick that made my lips look good. I put lotion on my arms because my skin felt dry today.

I grabbed my phone and walked out the door. I had no clue where this diner is so I guess I am just gonna walk around it till I find it.

I started walking left then made a right. I keep walking right until I came to a dead end. I sighed really loud because I don't think I'm gonna find this diner.

"Do you need help with something," a feminine voice said from behind me.

I turned around and saw a petite blonde with wavy hair. She was smiling and waved at me. I smiled back and nodded my head.

"uhh yeah I was actually wondering were the diner was?"

"Yeah, just follow me,"she said

We walked in silence until she finally broke the silence.

"So what's your name? I mean I know your new but I was just wondering because I was ju-."

"It's Adriana," I said citing her off knowing she was having trouble.

"Mine is Beth and Oh my god! Are you the one rooming with Joshua Silverstein?," she asked overly exited.

"Yeah,why?"

"He is like the hottest guy in the vault, I mean he has probably already banged half the vault," she said laughing.

Although I didn't find it funny something deep inside hurt when she said that.

"Ohhh honey,do you like him or something," she asked with sympathy in her eyes.

I didn't like Joshua Silverstein. He was an arrogant asshole.

"If it make you feel any better I don't think he is that hot, I got the hots for his best friend Michael."

I smiled at the fact that she tried to make me feel better. I could tell that we were gonna be really good friends already.

"No it's ok, I don't like him," I said. Why did I feel bad about saying that, like I was lying to her?

"Oh ok?" She said like more of a question.

"Well here is the diner, I guess Ill see you later," she said smiling.

Ahh I really wanted to hang out with this girl. Why don't I just ask her to stay and eat.

idiot.

I want to ask her to eat with me but I'm scared. It's not that hard. Ok I got this, be cool.

"Actually you want to sit down and eat with me,"I asked.
