THE SKY 🌌

As I fly high
Through the vast pale blue sky
I see a sunset
Glowing with pride
I see exhaust of past planes
Polluting the sky
I see a coat of white clouds
Laying like fresh untouched snow
I see a fellow plane
Wanting to go home
I see the tips of mountains
Puncturing the blanket of clouds
As I continue to look
I hear a baby cry
A see a jet fly bye
I see the engine
Keeping me alive
As I look out the window
With my very own eyes
I see the sky passing me by
As I dive through the soft clouds
I see flashing blue lights leading me down
I walk down the isle
Exiting the plane
I give a thank you and a goodbye wave
For taking me around
The pale blue sky
