it's safe to say,

that I'm one of those girls,

who doesn't write love poems,

or anything flowery or sappy.

I put my hair in ponytails,

and leave my face with no makeup.

I eat burgers in two bites,

roll around in the mud,

and I'm not afraid to give people,

a piece of my mind.

many people look at me,

and see a girl with a heart of stone,

a girl only caring about grades,

or the next daredevil stunt she'll do.

and I know nothing I write,

would be good enough,

but to be completely honest,

I'd write a love poem for you.
