Chapter 2

- Bethany's POV -

Sofia was smiling, "Oh my gosh! Bethany Mota is sitting at our table! It's an honor," she giggled, as the others nodded in agreement.

"Aww, you guys are honestly too sweet!" I gave them each a smile back.

"I love your outfit Beth," Mackenzie eyed my outfit, and gave me a thumbs up. I was wearing a black crop top with a skater skirt and converse.

"Thanks Kenzie. I love your dress," I lied through gritted teeth. Honestly, I hated Mackenzie's dress. It showed her saggy ass, talk about disturbing and gross. I was looking for Marcel in the cafeteria but I couldn't find him - instead Connor's eyes met mine. I started to blush like crazy and he was walking over with 2 guys .

"Bethany the boys are coming !" Sofia giggled softly, "Let me introduce you to our boyfriends " Laura smiles. "I'm the only one that is single," Mackenzie said sadly. 'I wonder why .. you are wearing a dress that shows how much of a slut you are ....' I thought. "Don't worry McKenzie. You are, really pretty, and some lucky guy will be out waiting for you." I tried to genuinely smile, she thanked me.

"Hey boys," Sophia winked, as the guys smirked, "Hey babe! Hey Mackenzie... And the newbie. Wow your really letting a new girl sit at the popular tables?" Niall scrunched his nose.

"Niall. Dude, chill out. She's a popular. Trust me. She's practically an internet sensation!" Laura said, while eating her salad. I gave him a small smile, and he slowly nodded his head.

And plus, Niall had an Irish accent!

"Ok, so like I'm dating Niall and Laura is dating Jai, and Conner is single... for now," Sophia smirked, Connor's cheeks were becoming pink.

"Oh so u have a YouTube?" Connor asked me, "Uh ya," I awkwardly said. "I've seen you on YouTube! Aren't you macbarbie07, or something like that?" Jai took a seat across from me.

"That would be me! How do you know my channel?" I smirked, "My sister is a big fan," he chuckled.

Connor awkwardly coughed, "So Beth.." He scratched the back of his head.

HE CALLED ME BETH!! AHH

"Is it okay if I call you Beth?" Connor nervously asked, "Yes. Ya. Definitely! Of course!" I quickly said, he laughed, and the girls were giggling.

Connor is so got and nice! I couldn't see Marcel anywhere in the cafeteria.

I hope he doesn't eat in the bathroom... alone. I know how that feels ...

"Hey, Conner, guys. It was nice talking too you! I'll be right back! I need to go to the bathroom," I gave them a quick wink, and they went back turning their attention back to Mackenzie, Laura, and Sofia.

I was running too the bathroom and I went inside the boys bathroom. Thank god there was no one, or I would've gotten caught. I heard someone crying. Uh oh.

"Hello?" I said, I opened one of the stalls and I found a crying sad Marcel. His face was red, and tears were coming out of his green eyes.

"Oh my god! Marcel! What happened?! Who did this too you?"

"No one really .. just go back too lunch. I'm not worth it," Marcel sniffled, as he rubbed his eyes. "Marcel.. Don't ever say that your not worth it. Because you are worth it!" I rubbed his back

"I am not." He whispered.

"Yes. Now, here is my number. Text or call, if you want someone to talk to," I was smiling and I saw he smiled back. Aww he has dimples.

"I'll text you when I get home, after I study," he pushed up his glasses, and got up, to wash his sweaty hands.

I went back to the tables, and Conner and I were talking for the whole lunch period. I felt really bad for Marcel, I wonder what happened...
