Chapter 2: The Double Scare

                *Kenzies POV*

I screamed and screamed and then Ava grabbed my mouth. The reason I was so scared was because Ava had a super scary mask on and jumped out and scared us.
  "Shut up, I was just trying to scare you" Ava said. Jaclynn and I pouted and I said "jerk". Ava looked at us and said "Well if you weren't out for so stinking long I wouldn't have scared you". "I'm going to bed" Jaclynn said unhappily. "Me to" I said as I stomped to my room. We all went to bed.

        *Time skip to 9:00am*
            *Jaclynn's POV*

*Beep beep beep, Beep beep beep, beep beep beep* Jaclynn's alarm clock started ringing, then Kenzies, and last Ava's. All in a madder if seconds we were up. I checked what the temperature was going to be a low of 70° and high of 90° so I went to my closet and picked a silver and jade color tank top and a pair of jade capri's. I walked out into the mini kitchen and saw that Kenzie was making food. She was making eggs and bacon and toast. I noticed that she was already dressed. She was wearing a baby blue v-neck T-shirt with dark blue jeans. Then Ava walked in and she was wearing a gold and purple satin tight dress. Kenzie and I both didn't break the silence. But it was getting kinda awkward. I waited and waited and waited but no one spoke so I finally said "good morning Kenzie and Ava". Ava then said while she was crying "I'm so sorry guys for scaring you last night, I only ment for it to be a little scary". "Hey it's okay Kenzie said, I was just annoyed that you tried to scare us because we were trying hard not to make it so obvious that we were home at 1:30am". "Hey it happens" Ava said. We all forgave each other then we ate and then we went to class.

               *Kenzies POV*

*Thinking* Ugh why is Sammy Daniels always looking at me... it's so creepy.

"Hello Class" Mrs. Divilla said. "I heard that Ellery had an amazing party last night, I hope you all still got enough sleep". Mrs. Divilla is always so nice to us. "Okay guys I brought us cookies  senice you all know it is almost the holidays" Mrs. Divilla said.  "Everyone gets seven cookies" Mrs. Divilla said. All the kids hooted and hollered because Mrs. Divilla was giving us all tons of cookies. Everyone wanted Mrs. Divilla because she brought food, she never gave one F on a report card, and she only gave one homework assignment a week and they were usually easy. I loved her class. I went to my second core in Mr. Gabrill's class. He was mean and everyone hated his class. His highest score someone has gotten in 25 years was a C+ and that was still bad. No one ever got an A. Then I had 3rd 4th and 5th core and then I was done for the day.

                 *Avas POV*

*Rinnnnng, rinnnnng, rinnnnng* My phone started ringing. My phone said *Incoming Call: Dave*

"Hello" I answered

" Hi Ava I missed you sooooo much" Dave her brother said. "How's collage with your friends" he asked.

"It's amazing, you should see the view in the morning and the sun set at night" Ava said in awe. Dave is 22 years old he has a buzz cut and his hair is blonde. He also has blue eyes. Dave goes to collage in New York with Kenzies brother Casey and Jaclynn's Brother Gauge. Casey has brown hair and blue eyes, and Gauge has brown hair and hazel brown eyes. Casey and Gauge are 22 years old also.

"Well all I see is buildings where I'm at" Dave replied.

"No joke" Ava said while laughing.

"Well I'll talk to you later, classes will be starting back up soon" Dave said.

"Okay, love you Dave" Ava replied.

"Love you to little sis" Dave said before hanging up.

      *Time skip to 5:30pm*
          * Jaclynn's POV *

*Knock knock* I walked to the door and Ava said "Sorry I lost my key so I was locked out".  "Oh my goodness Ava your so naughty" I said. Just then Kenzie walked in and said "What'ch talking about". I rolled my eyes and walked to the kitchen. "I want to go to visit my friend at Summer Vallys" Ava said. She told me her other friend just broke up with some guy and she needed someone like me to come and talk to her... She's getting really depressed. "Even though it's dark out" Kenzie asked. "Yes, she really needs me" I answered. "So your just gonna go risk your life because you know what happened to Emily" Kenzie said strongly. "I have to" Ava answered. Kenzie and I both shivered remembering what had happened to Emily. "Ava, you know we are not supposed to go there at night.... it's soooo creepy, especially senice Emily got murdered there" I said. "Who cares I'm still going" Ava said. Kenzie then ran into her room and started to call the collage policeman but then I grabbed her phone and my phone and left.
