Yato is a over emotional boy who is actually a tsundere. He won't admit it, but his true colours show if he's in love, or just gets complimented. He can get pretty violent at times cause of his emotions, but overall he's harmless.

When Yato was young, his mother died of cancer. It mentally scared him and his father to where his father started drinking, and became an alcoholic. Soon he started to beat Yato when he was drunk, till one day Yato snapped. He and his father fought and his father could have killed him if it wasn't for his quick thinking... Sadly he had to kill his father just to survive. After that, he moved in with his aunt who was always away on business.
