Burning Love [Grillby x Muffet]

Chapter 1 - Muffet meets Grillby

(Hello everyone! It's me Sarah! This randomly popped into my that I'd do a Gruffet fanfic and well.. Write it cuz... WHY NOT?! Anyway... Enjoy!)

Muffet started to walk to Grillby's when she heard about how good that the little restaurant was and that there was a skeleton who liked to tell jokes. Muffet wondered if she was going to enjoy the restaurant. She was worried that it would steal her customers.

"Maybe it can't be that bad, I'm just worrying too much.." She said as she spoke to herself.

When Muffet stepped in, she saw a couple of customers talking, eating, and one of them was drunk. And a skeleton talking to Grillby. Muffet walked nervously to the counter Grillby was at.

Muffet sat on a stool near Grillby, and cleared her throat which got Grillby's attention. Grillby looked at Muffet.

"Can I take your order?"

Muffet looked at the menu, and turned to Grillby, "Umm.. I'll have some fries please." Said Muffet. Grillby went to the back room to cook the fries and Muffet waited patiently for the food. Sans saw Muffet and said started speaking to her, "Hey there, you new?" Muffet jumped at the surprise and stuttered for a second.

"W-who, me?"

"Yeah, who else I'd be talking too?" (Well just a second ago you were talking to Grillby and your the closest to the back room, so you would've talked to him from there! Sorry just sharing my thought! CONTINUE THE STORY!)

"Oh sorry. I was dozed off for a second." Muffet said as she spoke to the skeleton.

Sans chuckled for a little," Aren't you that spider you trapped Frisk into a web?" Muffet looked at the skeleton. "Umm.. Yes.. How did you know?" Sans gives a smile. "Frisk told me a little story after we went free to the surface."

That was right, Frisk had freed the monsters from the underground a few years ago.

Grillby came with fries and put it in front of Muffet," Here's your food, miss" Muffet turned to Grillby and said, "Oh thank you, how much will that be?" "15 gold." Grillby said. Muffet reached into her purse and gave Grillby 15 gold. Grillby grabbed the gold and put it into his pocket.

Sans started to talking to Grillby.

"Hey Grillbz, can you get another ketchup bottle?"

"But you already had seven, why would you want another one?"

Sans makes a little shocked look. "Seven?! Nah! You must be wrong about that, you need to ketchup on your counting there." Sans does a wink as he says his pun. (Well... I'm probably never getting tried from the puns that Sans is giving... So next time, he might say a skeleTON of puns.. Hehehe.. No? Ok *sits in the corner* Just keep reading and ignore me...)

Grillby does a chuckle and Muffet makes a look that means... really?

Muffet looks at her watch, it was 12:35 a.m. It almost time to open her spider bake sale. Then Muffet got up and grabbed her food, "Sorry I have to go, excuse me."

Sans lend his hand, " By the way, name's Sans. What's yours?

Muffet grabs his hand with one of her six arms, "It's Muffet" She, then let's go of the skeleton's hand and gets the food, " Thank you for the food, dearie."

Grillby looks at Muffet, " Your welcome and have a nice day!"

" You too!" She said as she walks to the door with her food.

Grillby muttered to myself that was low enough for Sans not to hear,"Wish she would come back tomorrow, she was pretty cute."

(So my lovely dudes.. That was when Muffet and Grillby met.. I know it didn't really go well.. But I imagined it would be something like that.. Well.. Comment if you want more.. If you don't, then I'll be over here crying and sitting in the corner depressingly and be lonely..)
