Big Company

I'm Lisa. I live alone in a big spacious lovely beautiful apartment in Cape Town.  My sister refused to stay with well,  because she's engaged. My younger sister engaged.  I knew that she was going to marry before me because I'm the hardworker here. Marriage doesn't even cross my mind. Speaking of thought I have a meeting at 9:00 with the CEO of oil distribution and I over slept. I had to go through some paper works that I had to sign.

I took a shower, got dressed and applied make-up before going to mcdonald. Luckly by the time I got to work I had 30 min before the meeting started so I called my friend coacoa short for Confidence my friend for a sleep over at my house and we could go shopping tomorrow morning. I know I'm old but I still do sleep overs with my friend.  It's friday and I don't want to spend my friday alone.

"Hi Li." That what coacoa calls me.

"Hi friend could you please come over at my house for a sleep over tonight."

"Sure just make sure you've got all my favourite junks."

"Only if you've the gossips."

"You know me mos."

"See you then. Bye."

"Marley could you please hold any calls that come through for me until my meeting's finish." Marley is the secretary at the office. She is a beautiful smart girl. I would say she is about my age. She has a really nice figure that could make any man go gaga for her and to finish it off she's kind and does all her work.we are not really friends but we do get along.  

"Yes Lisa, will do just that."

"Thanks."

Phew the meeting went well. All that is left is for them to sign the papers on Tuesday. It's  about 2:00 pm now and I've got a lot to do before I head out to fetch coacoa. She's working on the car thing.  I think the car could've been bought sooner if I didn't fetch her often.

08:00 pm

I am so tired I could sleep right here. I packed my staff and went straight to the elevator. It was creepy especially now that there's no one in the office . I heard that some staff rooms here are haunted. The elevator finally opened and someone was there. I screamed only to see that It  was a guy. He was so handsome I couldn't take my eyes off him. He was perfect. Oh jeez I can't breathe.

"Hi ." I think that I'm dreaming. His voice just melted me. I can't think straight. .

"Lady?" This is so embarrassing I better answer him now.

"Hi. I just got a lot to think about. You know work and stuff." I lied.

"O-kay." If only he knew I was checking him out. Maybe he does. " so do you work around here I've never seen you before."

" I'm the new appointed CEO of this company. You are?"

"My dad is Jocab Mahlope. I was just looking around the building since I would be working here." That explains why he looks like a god. I think my eyes are controlling themselves.

"Oh you are his son. We had a meeting this morning and he seems like a nice man."

"So you said you are the CEO?"

" Right here in flesh and blood. "

" you look younger than I had expected you to be."

"You are not the first to say that."

"Will I be the first to tell you that you are beautiful too. " oh lord I think this is the end of me.

"May-be."

The elevator stopped and we said our goodbyes.  That made me sad but I know that I'll see him later. His dad's company will be joining ours soon.
