Another day working an 8-hour shift sucks, especially over Thanksgiving break. You were really hopeful to be spending your time with your boyfriend, Lovino. You weren't imagining much, just a bunch of cuddling on a chilly autumn day. Anything is better than being stuck inside of a steamy restaurant with old guys hitting on you, heck. All you were trying to do is serve them food.
As the day goes on your legs start to hurt and it's the most annoying thing ever, you want to sit down for three minutes but you know a co-worker would just come and yell at you. This feeling continues for the rest of the day. Once the dreadful 8-hour shift is over, you pull yourself over to Romano's small apartment. You knock on the door, and there the lovely man is, wearing an apron that says "I don't need a recipe! I'm Italian!"
Lovino eyes you up and down, "You look like a fucking disaster."
"Ugh." You wobble into the room and sit down on his fluffy couch.
"How was work?" He sits down next to you.
You start to rub your temples, "Terrible. Remind me why I'm working there again?"
"Collage. University. Becoming a free-lance author."
"Right. Of course." You yawn. "Can't I get paid for sleeping? If so, fuck the author bullshit."
Lovino sighs, "Only if you're dead. And actually important."
"Are you saying I'm not important?"
"Eh, not really." He shrugs, "Kinda."
"Lovino!"
He laughs and wraps an arm around you, "I'm just joking, silly."
You groan, "Course you are."
You then offer to watch a movie, Lovino tells you after dinner. Lovino serves you a small plate of Pizza Casserole, once you both finish you start to watch a movie. You enduringly try not to fall asleep during the movie, however, sleep always wins in the end.
Lovino sees that you fell asleep on his arm, he doesn't really mind. The only thing he does mind is the fact you fell asleep on him, now he can't move.
Oh well.
