Lucy's POV

I groan as I am waking up in a uncomfortable seat. I can still hear the my wolf's cry. I honestly don't know why she's crying. She won't talk to me. I finally open my eyes, the sun making me close then again. Once I was fully adjusted to the sun light, it became easier to see.

What the hell? I thought.

I thought as I realized I was mate less with a pounding head ache and a crazy feeling in my tummy, in a car. I began to panic. "Lucy." I heard Shayla. I looked in the drivers seat to see Shayla. I looked at the passengers seat, but no Jasper.

"Where is Jasper? Where is my mate?" I whined. She just stayed quiet, which annoyed me. I was about to fuss her out when I began to feel sick. "Pull over." I barely could say. When she didn't pull over, I began to beg. "Shayla...please."  I choked out.

She sighed and said nothing. She pulled over then turned in her seat to look at me. "There are people trying to kill you. What is so-" I jump out the car, mid of her sentence. 

I try to stand up, but fell in the process. I threw up blood and water. 

Shayla ran over to me yell cuss words and 'oh no' . The touch of her arms around me was the only thing I felt and the though of me never being able to see my mate again ran though me as I passed out again.

Shayla's POV

I knew something was off. I had this good but bad feeling when I heard Jasper and Lucy last night. Not to mention Jasper only had a towel on and Lucy had nothing on.

Plus there was no condom in sight.

All I can think is Damnit Jasper, where are you? .

If I'm right, Lucy has two heart beats...If you know what I mean.

No matter what, I had to get Lucy to the cabin and feed her blood. It's the only way she'll be okay. When I had my baby, I went though hell. I dink plenty of blood...human donated blood and...let's just say I went through hell.

"Hang in there Lucy." I said as I drove as fast as I could through the forest.
