No longer young, but not yet old
Just enough to be twice as their age
Was a fan few years back before
But not to any loveteam, no no!
One night I watched an episode
When a show did a makeover to a girl
Really surprised how she turned into a princess
And yeah, with a guy who confessed how he cares
After weeks of becoming so busy
Was no longer able to watch late night on tv
Never been updated,just a full-time mommy
Doing everyday routine like the old story
Then one night I had the chance to be back
I saw the princess crying as she bid her goodbye
To the guy who once said how he really care
The last night in the house of being together
It was a heartfelt night, everyone left crying
The guy tried to be strong, but I can see how he's hurting
He just left the princess without her knight in shining armour
How he wished to turn back everything like how it was before
Another night came and I watched the guy again
Speaking in different tone, like he really has changed
Leaving everyone watching with confusing thoughts
What happened to the guy who onced really cared?
The princess left a message to the guy who bid goodbye
And thats when I saw how she was missed by the guy
She made him fell his heart crying in pain
Telling how he wanted to see the princess again
I was in pain watching the guy with so much tears
Though I can feel that theres something he starting to fear
Like how he was told not to tell the real score
Using words to conceal the truth which everyone knows
The princess was left in the house struggling in pain
Though she has been betrayed, she fought till the end
She carried the thoughts of the guy dear to her heart
Waiting for the day when they will no longer be apart
With every tears that fell on the princess' eyes
I felt even hurt and I was really dying inside
How I wanted to give her the love she deserved
And not let her know the truth behind every promise she once heard
I spent almost a week watching their moments
How they started as strangers then became more than friends
I started watching at 9pm till 5 in the morning
Every sleepless night I felt like I was young again
Oh! I loved how the guy teases the princess
How he showed a different way to express his feelings
Every moment that he stayed beside her and took care of her
Made me realize, how love can conquer every fear
One night, the princess finally said goodbye
To every person and the memories she had inside
I was scared to let the truth hurt her once more
That the guy she onced knew, no longer cares..
I waited for the night when she finally has to know
Every painful truth that is hidden to her
I wanted to protect her from being hurt
But I knew she deserved to know the truth
The guy who once cared, was about to hurt her again
His recorded message, started causing her pain
But I was surprised to know it was a prank
Coz the guy was actually there to give the princess a hug
It was a perfect night watching them teasing each other again.
Seemed like they relived every moments they onced shared
Then I found myself smiling like a crazy woman
With her kids asking her "are you okay mom?"
From the nights I started watching their videos
I have finally accepted that I am now a fan girl
Of the two most loved M.U.'s of their generation
Still a mom, but really feeling young-at-heart
The princess and the guy whom I called Captains now
Are continuously enjoying a roller coaster ride
There maybe some who are testing if they are real
Or how long will the guy be really loyal to her
I am no longer young, but not yet old
Creating poems for the two young folks I love
Believing that someday their feelings for each other be finally revealed to all
With the guy proving the princess, that she really did broke that wall.
