It was a dreadfully cold morning. Too cold for dear Naruto, who could only think about when his next ramen break would be. He had just gotten back to the village after a mission. He was so hungry, he didn't even pay attention to where he was going. He just kept walking and running, until he finally tripped over someone. He landed on something very soft. He looked up to see Hinata's horrified face. Now, Hinata had gotten over Naruto a long time ago, but this made her blush like you would not believe. Not only did Hinata blush, but so did Naruto. It had taken a long time, but Naruto had started to develop feelings for Hinata. He scampered off of her.
She said, "N-Naruto?" She was feeling quite faint at the moment, like she was going to pass out. Oh, how she had wanted this to happen for years, to see the Naruto Uzumaki all flustered.
Hinata started giggling. She was relieved to find he was human too.
Naruto, being the idiot he is, started to freak out. 'She's laughing at me' he thought to himself.
"D-Did I do something wrong?" asked Naruto. Now it was his turn to stutter. Hinata just burst out laughing. She eventually chocked out a faint , "No."
Naruto was relieved. He couldn't believe he being laughed at for no reason. He thought a quick, 'What the hell,' and joined her in her laughter.
When they both sobered up, Naruto stood up and offered her his hand. He asked, "Would you do me the honour of going with me to go get some ramen?"
"I would love to," she replied with a smile. They went off together and ate delicious ramen. They really hit it off with each other and they very same day Naruto asked Hinata on a date. She said yes.
