Chapter 5

Vilu's P.O.V

For the past two months, Pablo had us train with each other and individually to get stronger. Today was the day we were going to use our powers and everyone, including me were excited

Pablo: okay everyone, today we will be using your powers

Fran: (squeals)

Andre: this is going to be so fun

Pablo: you all will individually work by yourselves to control your powers

Broduey: this is going to be so easy

Pablo: (smiles) We'll see about that

10 minutes later

Leon: (crushes a tree) not again...

Fran: (struggles to lift up a puddle)

Vilu: (stares at a pile of wood) why aren't you catching on fire

Andre: (shapeshifts into his dad) awe man i wanted to be a guitar

Ludmi: Pablo this isn't working

Pablo: alright everyone, gather up

Everyone: (forms into a huddle)

Pablo: the main key to controlling your powers is to believe you can do it and to keep your emotions cool and calm

Everyone: (nods)

Pablo: alright, back to training

We all get back to our spots and try again. It seems like everyone is getting the hang of it besides me. I sigh in frustration and try to make a fire one time

Vilu: this isn't working

Fede: you'll get the hang of it soon vilu, just use your emotions

Vilu: (mumbles) emotions huh...

I close my eyes and block out any sounds. I breathe in and out as I calm myself down and imagine a fire in front of me

Fran: Vilu! Look you did it

I open my eyes and see a fire. I squeal and hug Fran. Im happy that I can use my powers

Pablo: good job today everyone, tomorrow we'll train some more

We all say goodbye to Pablo and run back in the house. I go to my room to shower before dinner. After my shower, I sat down on my bed until someone knocked on my door.

Vilu: come in

Leon: (walks in) hey Vilu

Vilu: oh well Leon, what's brings you here?

Leon: I was wondering if you wanted to play some games

Vilu: (smiles) sure

30 minutes later

Vilu: I win!!

Leon: hacker

Vilu: you're just a sore loser

Leon: whatever

Vilu: whAteVer

Leon: stop mocking me

Vilu: sToP mOcKinG mE

Leon: that's it!

Leon gets up from the floor and starts to tickle me. He's tickling me so hard I'm crying out tears so I use my strength and tackle him. What I didn't expect was to straddle him

Ludmi: (walks in) hey Vilu dinner is... oh am I interrupting something?

Leon & Vilu: (gets up quickly) No!!

Leon and I blush as Ludmi looks like she just caught us. She nods and walks out my room and we follow suit

A while later

After dinner, I decide to train a little more. Working on my fire, I could light bigger and bigger fires. Satisfied with my progress, I call it a night and rest my head.
