Hawke

Journal entry 1:

My name is Hawke, my real name is Rebel, (I'm a woman, if you must know) but I go by my surname. I was born and raised in Fereldan, but a few months ago me and my family had to escape due to the dark spawn invasion.

My father died three years ago, leaving me and my siblings alone with my mother. I am twenty five and have a younger brother and a younger sister, whom are twins. My brother, Carver, died. He was killed by a troll in the escape. My sister, Bethany, is a apostate, alike to my late father.

We have been on the run all my childhood. But hopefully we can stay here in Kirkwall with my Uncle. He did tell us that me and my sister would have to work for a year to pay off one of his depts, we are up to it, naturally, but I'm sure it may backfire.

Me and Bethany will be with our friend, Aveline until we find somewhere to stay, she lost her husband to the dark spawn whom plague this land.

I hope the guard will let us in soon, wait, I see Uncle. I will write as soon as I can.
