Chapter 7

While we were looking at clothes Jacob was being super funny! I don't think a minute went by where Jacob, Ariel, and I weren't laughing!
Omg Jacob is so cute! Wait! What? No!!! He's my bestie thats it!! But he is a hawttt! I laugh at the thought. Jacob looks at me, "What's so funny?" He asks.
"Nothing!" I say quickly.
"I know you're thinking about how cute I am!" He says joking.
"Yep! You're super hawwwtttt!" I say only half joking.
"You guys are so cute!" Ariel says laughing.
"Yep the cutest best friends ever!" Jacob says laughing.
"No I mean Y'all would be a cute couple!" She says smiling. I think we would be cute too... but they don't need to know that, well maybe I will tell Ariel.
After about 2 hours we finished getting clothes and go home. We spent about $340 total. Once I get home Ariel helps with my room and Jacob leaves. "I like Jacob..." I tell Ariel.
"Oooohh!! I totally ship!!!" She says laughing.
"Can you like talk to him ask if he would date me? But like don't say I wanna know!" I ask Ariel. She nods her head yes. Yayy!! Ariel leaves and I start putting my clothes away and decorating my room. Then after about 10 minutes Ariel texts me.

Ariel😘💕: Jacob says he's thinking about it😆!!!
Me: Yayyy!!! Omg thnx 😄😆
Ariel😘💕: Np Brook!
Me: Come over??
Ariel😘💕: Omw!!!

I look out my window and see Jacob writing something. I was about to yell to him when someone rings the doorbell. I go downstairs and open the door and Ariel comes in. We run upstairs and start messing with my room. After about a hour my room is finished! It looks perfect!
"Omg I love it!" We both yell.
After about 10 minutes of us just hanging out Ariel says she is gonna sneak to Jacob's and scare him. I tell her to go through the window and go across, she does as I say. After 5 minutes Ariel comes back with a worried look on her face. "What's wrong?" I ask.
She goes on her phone and shows me a picture, it was a paper that looked like this.

    " Cons
- Her hair too short
- Not as skinny
- Voice gets annoying"

I start crying. Wow Jacob... just wow.. Ariel hugs me and I just continue crying.

"HE MADE A LIST!?" I yell angrily. I continue "I-I didn't even care if he liked me.. b-but he actually made a list of my flaws?"
Ariel gets up, "Ooh he's gonna be sorry! That was a messed up thing to do!"

*Ariel's pov*

I go to Jacob's and bang on his balcony window. He comes and opens it.
"Oh hey Ari-" I cut him off by slapping him.
"What the hell was that for!?" He yells.
"YOU MADE A FUCKING LIST JACOB! A LIST OF HER FLAWS! HOW DO YOU THINK SHE FEELS NOW?" I yell at him.
"Sh-She saw it?" He says wide eyed, his eyes watery. He continues, "I was gonna ask her out but she saw the list.. HOW AM I GONNA GET HER BACK!?" He yells.
"Don't even try to get her back! Don't look at her! Don't talk to her! DONT EVEN FUCKING THINK ABOUT HER!" I yell at him.
He was about to say something but I slam the balcony door shut.

I hear every word they say which makes me cry harder. He likes me? Well that doesn't matter anymore! What he did was fucked up.
