I was awaken from a horrid noise. "Who's there?" I asked shakily. Nothing, I heard nothing it was all in my head. At least that's what everyone keeps telling me.
I need to get out of here, I can't stand it. I do not belong in some mental institution! I'm not crazy, being in this little room is enough to drive a sane person insane. This place is terrifying. I don't know how much longer I can take before I go mad. oh wait I already am, I guess.
There it is again, I can't be imagining them. They are so close, it's like they're in my head. Maybe I am going crazy.
No, Katelyne snap out of it. You are not crazy, you need to think of a way to get out of here. Before it's to late. I don't want to end up like the others.
I was interrupted from my thoughts by jiggling keys at my cell door.
