We walk back to my truck in the dark feeling amazing. I hold her hand tight, grinning. She's blushing as she looks up at me. We get inside my truck. I can't get rid of my grin. Ever just ducks her head covering her face with her hair. She sucks in  breath. I frown. How is she like this when something magical happened between us?

I cup my hand around her chin and lifted her face looking directly in her dark eyes. I brush her hair behind her ear. She looks at me with an unreadable expression. "What's wrong Ever?"

She sighs. "Let's not mention what happened today around my parents."

I laugh. "That's why you look so upset? I thought you were upset because it's over."

She glares. I never saw her look at me this seriously, it makes me feel uncomfortable. "I'm serious. If they find out, I'll never be able to see you again or Mickie. Or another human being for that matter." she looks away.

I put the palms of my hand behind her neck forcing her to look at me. "I won't mention it around anyone."

She smiles and kisses me. "Thanks."

I smile and start my truck. As I drive through the night on the Coast Highway back to her house I begin to think of the boys and the bet. My face falls. I just ruined everything... I ruined Ever! I can't believe we just had sex and I'm not even supposed to get this attached to her. I'm not even supposed to have real feelings for her. I'm supposed to prank a geek and they picked Ever, the cute, Tulip smelling basketball player. But I love Ever. After what just happen I love her more. I can't go through with this bet anymore. I have to tell the boys.

Ever turns on the radio and a county song called When she says baby starts playing and Ever starts singing. Her voice is beautiful like her. She sings the soft part and the high part perfectly. I listen to her sing the song and I begin to like the song. I don't like country but this one seems to grab my attention. It reminds me of Ever, how she saves me. She doesn't call me baby but she saves me. I would have never felt this way about her if I haven't got to know her I wouldn't have been able to feel this amazing! I just barely notice something that I should've notice earlier, I'm actually in love with Ever, not friend or pretend love real love. I fucking love Ever More!

*Ever's p.o.v*

I never felt so new in my life. I never thought I'd have sex in my life since I'm a geek who gets picked on but I did and with James. James pulls in my driveway, he walks me to my door. "Ever," he says, eyes light green. "I love you."

Hearing those words come from him, the popular, trouble maker boy in school makes me want to cry. HE LOVES ME! "I-I love you too James."

He pulls me into a warm hug. He kisses me. He deepens our kisses. The light outside on the porch turns on and the door opens. We pull away. Dad grins. "About time you two get together.  You two are perfect together."

I blush and look at the wood porch. I seriously hope he doesn't find out what me and James did. I don't want to lose James. We just got together.

"Thank you Mr. More. Your daughter is amazing." James smiles at me, eyes sparkling.

"Yes she is. Thanks for bringing her home."

James gives me one last goodnight kiss and waves at dad before driving away. I go inside and plop on the couch. I still can't get the touch of James's body on mine out of my head his lips on mine as well.

Mom and dad sit next to me grinning. I'm glad they like James because I have a feeling that he's going to be over here a lot.
