Chapter 1: A New Friend

Bree's pov:

I was at my locker getting my books. I turned around and bumped in to the new girl, Sidney. "I'm soo sorry!! " I said. " It's o.k." She said. *bell rings* "well, i better get to class" "See ya around" she said. "Bye"

So, it turned out we had the same class, Science. I sat next to her. "Oh, hi.... Again!!" I said. "Hi, I'm Sidney." "I'm Bree." We were quiet until the bell rang. "So" said Sidney. "I'm new" "I can tell!" We both laughed. " Can i sit with you at lunch?" she asked. "Sure!" I said. The bell rang. It was time for lunch. When i got in the lunchroom, i looked around for Sidney. She was sitting in the corner with Adam, Chase, and Leo.

"Hey guys!" "I see you guys met my new friend, Sidney!" I sat down next to her and we started to talk... ALOT!! "So, now that we got to know each other, my mom is going to a work meeting in Texas and she will be there for a week, I was wondering if I could stay with you?" she said. "Umm....." I looked over at Adam and Chase, they just shrugged their shoulders. "Sure!"

When school was over me, Sidney, Adam, Chase, and Leo walked home. " Let me call my mom and tell her to drop off my stuff"

"Okay! I'll be getting a snack"

When Sidney picked up the phone and dialed her mom's number, Davenport pulled me over and said "who is that?" "My new friend, Sidney" i said. "Why is she here?". "Her mom is at a meeting in Texas and she has no where to stay, so I invited her over." "How long is she staying?" he said. "Umm... A week?!" I said. "Well, just don't let her find out about the lab"

"Got it!"
