" Toya You Know My Dad Would Kill Me If He Finds Out I Step Foot Into Some Club .You Know How He Is About Me Going Anywhere Else Other Than The Church House . " I Told Toya As She Practically Scammed Her Closet Looking For Me A Hot Dress .

Toya Looked At Me Like I Had Lost My Mind . I Knew What She Was About To Say , And I Didn't Wanna Hear It . It Was Always The Same Thing & Somehow I Felt Like She Was Telling The Truth But I Couldn't Do Nothing About It .

" Sydnee You're How Old ? 24 Ok .. & You Sitting Here Telling Me That For The Rest Of Your Life All You Gone Do Is Go To Work And Church ? " She Asked As She Threw A Couple Of Dresses On Her Queen Sized Bed .

It's Not That I Didn't Want To Go But I Knew Somebody Big Mouth Would Run Off And Tell My Father ...Just Like They Always Had Done . News Got Around Quick To Him Fast , It Didn't Matter What I Was Doing Or Who I Was With .. He ALWAYS Found Out .

My Father Had This Perfect Image Of Me , You Know .. Being A Preachers Kid . But Somehow I Couldn't Quite Imagine Being That Type Of Girl . After All He Became A Preacher When I Was About 16 And Ever Since I Never Went Anywhere Without His Permission.

I Felt As If I Was In My Teen Years Again And If I Wanted To Hang Out I Would Have To Sit Down And Give Him All The Information On Whom I Would Be With & What We Would Be Doing . Once I Had Told Him His Answer Was Always A " No , It's Too Late ." Or A " I Don't Think You Should Be Hanging With That Type Of Crowd ."

"Sydnee I'm Not Taking No For An Answer." Toya Warned As She Narrowed Her Dark Brown Eyes At Me .

I Sighed ... Looks Like I Wasn't Going To Get Out Of This One , I Had No Choice But To Put On The Dress She Insisted I Wear .

30 Mins Later ..

I Gasped As I Looked In The Large Mirror Toya Had In The Middle Of Her Walk In Closet . I Didn't Look Like Myself & I Was Showing Way To Much Skin . My Face Had Been Smothered In Makeup And I Had On A Short Red Number One That Was Above My Knees.

" Toy Where Did You Get This Dress Its TOO Short . " I Whined As I Showed Her The Back Of My Dress That Barely Covered My Ass .

" Chill Syd Its Hugging All Your Curves That You Hide Over Them Grandma Clothes Your Father Makes You Wear . " Toya Chuckled As She Took A Sip Of Her Cold Beer .

" Toya You Know Why I Don't Wear Clothes Like This . " I Breathed In As I Calmly Told Her ..

" Mhmm , & Im Pretty Sure That's Why You've Never Got A Guys Attention Yet Along Had Your First Kiss . " Toya Mumbled As She Finished Straightening My Long Hair .

I Looked At Her In The Mirror As She Winked At Me Motioning Me That It Was Time For Us To Go . I Just Hope Nothing Crazy Tonight Happens Because I Did Have Sunday School Early In The Morning .

We Pulled Up To This Huge Club That Just Opened Down On Lane Street And Toya Thought It Would Be A Good Idea To Check It . As She Drove Down The Isle's Of The Busy Parking Spaces I Look A The Long Line That We Would Be Waiting In .

" Toya Do You See How Long That Line Is & We Both Wearing High Heels ? That Don't Match . "

" Who Said Anything About Going All The Way To The Back Of The Line Syd ? Look I Got This You Just Sit Back And Be Pretty . " Toya Said Once We Got Out Her Hot Pink Mercedes And Crossed The Street .

Once We Made It To The Other Side Of  The Street Toya Made Her Way To The Beginning Of The Line Where This Huge Bodyguard Had Stopped Her . She Whispered Sweet Nothings Into His Ear As He Moved Around And Let Us In .

I Was Shocked To Say The Least , Toya Grabbed My Hand And We Made Our Way Into The Club . Music Filled Our Ears & All You Could See Was People Grinding On Each other & Spiked Drinks Being Made .

A Group Of Older Women Walked By Us An I Seen The Way They Were Dressed .. Kinda Like What I Had On But They Were Showing More Skin . I Looked Down At What I Had On A Cover My Chest With My Arms . I Felt Uncomfortable To Say The Least And These Men That Were Staring Wasn't Making It Any Better .

Toya Soon Noticed And Uncrossed My Arms From My Chest . She Gave Me A " You Better Get With The Program " Look Or My Ass Would Be Grass . I Nodded And We Made Our Way To The Bar .

" What Can I Get You Two Beautiful Ladies ?" The Bartender Asked As He Looked At Toya As If He Had Known Her From Somewhere .

" Give Us The Hottest Drink You Got Right Now . " Toya Winked As She Handed Him Her Credit Card .

" Coming Right Up . "

" Girl Look At All These Fine Ass Men In Here , I Might Just Have To Let One Take Me Home . " Toya Smirked As She Looked Looked Around The Very Large Crowd On The Dance Floor .

As I Paid Her No Attention , I Locked Eyes On One Of The Most Handsomest Man I've Ever Seen . You Could Tell He Was Looking My Direction Too. He Was Well Built And Have Clean Looking Facial Hair . The Way He Licked His Lips Made Me Want To Do Some Sinful Things .. I Knew I Was In Trouble Now .

Once Toya Handed Me My Drink I Took A Big Gulp Cause I Knew I Was Gone Need It As Long As He Was Here . Toya Looked At Me Crazy And Chuckled Under Her Breath .

" Damn Syd , I Thought You Didn't Drink !?" She Laughed As She Downed Hers Within 10 Seconds .

" Shut up . " Was All I Said As I Kept Looking At The Mysterious Man Way Across The Room On The Other Side .

Whoever He Was , I Had A Weird Feeling In My Stomach That This Would Not Be My Last Time Seeing Him.
