"Wakey wakey" I patted Andi's back as I woke her up
"Time to go camping, sleeping beauty" I smiled as she fluttered her eyelids open
Dammit! she's so beautiful
"But it's so early" she groaned
"We're going somewhere far so we have to leave early" I earned another graon from her but she finally stood up and she was wearing short shorts and a tank top.
"G-go..get ch-changed" I stuttered, she giggled and nodded and I went out of her room
I've seen Andi in those kind of clothes before but it was like 3 years ago? Damn! I went out because well if I was there I'd probably end up eye raping my best friend.
It's been 5 days since she's been discharged from the hospital and things are going pretty well. Yesterday she bonded with her family and in the other 4 days...she was with me
"James?"
"Yes mom?" I've also clarified to Andi that I used to call her parents mom and dad and she did the same to my parents...so now, the name calling's back
"Take care of her okay? If you need anything, you can call me you have my number, right? Or Ashton you can call him t-"
"Don't worry mom, we'll be fine" I chuckled
"Ready!" I heard Andi say
She was wearing a tank top and a plaid polo she used as some kind of jacket and skinny jeans with her Dr. Martens boots that I gave to her last year for her birthday. And her hair was in a braid on the side of her head
Exactly how she looked like every summer when we camp.
"Is there something wrong, James?" Andi's voice snapped me out of my trance
"Uhh, nothing sorry... Let's go!"
The ride was silent but not awkward.It feels like nothing's changed.
"Woah" I heard Andi say beside me
"You say that every time" I smile
"It's so beautiful" I looked at her and she's staring out the window like a kid
"Yeah it is" I whisper, my gave still on Andi
"Eyes on the road James!" she exclaimed. I averted my gaze from the goddess beside me to the road
"Sorry mom...Well, we're here anyways"
Her eyes twinkled as I pulled up the rocky road and she hopped out immediately
"Oh my God... is that a waterfall?" she turned to me
"Yep. And our camping spot is near that waterfall" Her smile grew wider
"Now c'mon and help me get our stuff out" I said and opened the trunk
She carried her backpack and I carried my own plus a duffel bag which contained my tent and some food
"Where's your tent?" I ask
"Huh?! I thought that you brought two?"
Uh oh
"I don't mind if we share" she said with a smile
"C-cool" I stuttered
This is going to be a long camping trip.
