"I don't want the harmony to be overshadowed by the synth, is there anyway we can fix that really quickly please?" I smiled at the producer through the glass booth window the next day after my encounter with Shawn. I was stuck in the studio all week until the Grammy's next week since everyone is expecting something new to come out at the end of the month. I glanced at Liz, and saw her sprawled on the couch under a blanket since it was early, around 10am I think, and we've been here since 6am. Soon, I heard the recording start over, the synth way less and I could here my voice clear, and vibrating in the chorus.

"I think we have the chorus nailed, Olive!" My producer on this track, 40, smiled as I nodded taking off my headphones, and resting them in the hook.

"We can take a 30 minute break, and then come back, okay?" I smiled at 40 as he nodded flashing me a huge smile, picking up his phone and walking out of the studio. I would too run too. I quietly reached for my purse while fixing my halter top, and pulling my high waisted jeans up. I walked right into the relaxing room going straight for the food on the counter picking up a bagel, and spreading some cream cheese on it while humming the new chorus I was working out.

"That sounds almost as good as you look," I heard Shawn's voice from behind me. I didn't even have to turn around to see the big ass smirk on his face. I completely ignored his snark comment, and continued spreading the cream cheese around. I saw his well built body to my left as he pulled himself in to the counter, legs swinging. I felt his gaze on me, but I didn't give him the satisfaction.

"You're ignoring me?" I heard Shawn mumble. I looked at him from the side of my eye, and saw his tight jeans laid on his long legs. I then stared at his broad shoulders looking even better in his gray baseball tee, tight in his shoulders and biceps, but loose in his torso. "And now you are checking me out, nice," his sweet voice pulled me out of my gaze.

"No, I wasn't," I softly said ignoring his comment, and went back to my food. He grabbed a half quickly, and took a huge bite from it making me glare up at him.

"What? It's so good. Want to taste?" Shawn smirked jutting out his lips, pink and plump and extremely desirable,

"Uh, no," I turned around, back to my bagel hearing his chuckle. That was music to my ears. I looked back at him, his eyes meeting mine causing me to roll them.

"God, you are so uptight, Olive," Shawn groaned making me scrunch my brows.

"You know nothing about me," I snapped making his head turn, and another smirk hit his face.

"I know you are Olive Blakeman, you are 18 years old, Chicago Cubs fan which can only mean you're from Chicago, you are performing at the Grammys, nominated for 3, and you're the most gorgeous, talented girl I have ever had the pleasure of looking at," Shawn finished making my cheeks rose up.

"That last one wasn't a fact," I played taking a bite of my bagel half.

"It is a fact. You're stunning," he smiled, his pearly white teeth peaking out as his lips widened into a gorgeous smile. "Anyway, I know you know things about me too, Princess," he smirked. He wants to be flirty? Then so will I.

"I know you're Shawn Mendes, you're a big ass flirt, extremely talented singer, Canadian, also performing at the Grammy's, ex-viner, and you play the guitar really well which can only mean you're good with your hands," I winked the last part, my heart flirting at my suggestive comment seeing Shawn's smile grow wider, his lazy eye extremely attractive making my stomach drop.

"Baby girl, I can show you if you like," Shawn smirked jumping off the counter and walking my way. His hands instantly found my waist pulling me forward, and closer to him. His touch lingering on my hips, my eyes locked with his. I bit my lip, his eyes flashing down to see it as I saw his head throw back a bit. "Now you're just irresistible," he smiled still holding onto me.

"Looks like you're gonna have to resist," I smirked turning around facing the counter, and took a bite of my bagel once again. My hips growing cold, his touch missing.

"It's not gonna be easy," Shawn whispered close to my ear, his warm breath hitting my exposed shoulder.

"Yikes," I laughed turning around again, and walking over to an empty couch away from Shawn. "Sorry Shawn, but i'm not gonna be one of your little toys. Have fun finding someone else," I called out turning on the tv, scrolling through a couple of channels.

"I have no idea what you're talking about," Shawn called sitting on the other end of the couch. Once again out of all the couches, he sits on mine.

"I'm not a hook up, Shawn," I sighed turning to him slowly watching his face change in confusion.

"I wasn't looking for a hookup?" Shawn said back still confused with my comment. God damn it, Olive. Way to make yourself look like an asshole.

"It's just with all your suggestive comments, and flirty tone I thought that's what you wanted."

"You're the one with the suggestive comment! Maybe you're just looking for a quick hook up," Shawn pointed out with a small glare quick turned into a smirk when he saw my reaction. He was right.

"I'm not looking for a quick hookup."

"Then what seems to be the issue," Shawn laughed kicking his feet on the coffee table, his jaw line prominent as he faced forward. "Do you think I can get your number?" He asked with hopeful eyes, softly licking his bottom lick. Ugh.

"My lucky number is 44," I smiled playing dumb as to which number he was referring.

"No, not your lucky number. Your number, number," he laughed slightly blushing.

"My social security number is 38-."

"Your phone number, Olive," Shawn laughed once again, his glorious chuckle taking over the large space. His eyes glinting, and playful look on his face making him look handsome.

"What's a phone?" I smirked up at him with an excellent acting face. He rolled his eyes realizing that I was messing with him as his eyes turned to look me up and down.

"Looks like i'm just going to get it out of you," Shawn smirked getting on his knees on the couch crawling over to me, fingers out in the air moving randomly. Fuck.

"Don't you dare," I warned Shawn with a serious face. Shawn threw his head back in laughter, then looked back at me and connected his hands with the sides of my stomach tickling me. I instantly started laughing, and complaining for him to stop. I hated being tickled, so being extremely ticklish is a curse.

"Shawn," I yelled in between laughs trying to get out of his grasp as he stopped for a few seconds. I was now on my back on the couch, Shawn hovering over me, his cologne wafting into my nose. His knees on either side of my thighs, an arm propping himself up, and the other placed on my upper thigh.

"Ah, so you're a screamer," Shawn grinned with a wink making my face grow red. I just knew it.

"Not like you'll ever find out," I fought back inbetween my own giggles.

"You sure about that?" He mumbled licking his plump lips once again. My hand doing its own thing reaching up to his face, and feeling his soft skin on my fingers. My thumb softly caressed his cheek, and the corner of his lips for a few seconds as I found myself staring up at this gorgeous Canadian man.

"No," I mumbled, my cheeks once again growing red watching his beautiful brown lashes flicker, his eyes looking at every detail on my face. "I'll give you my number," I sighed playfully knowing i'd regret not giving it to him. He smiled down at me, then started shifting getting up allowing me to do the same. I grabbed my phone, as did Shawn as we unlocked them, and switched. I put my contact picture in, and name smiling softly, then switching back with him.

"I told everyone I was going to the bathroom so I could come talk to you, so I have to go. Text me, beautiful," Shawn smiled leaning down, and pecking my cheek before running down the hall into his studio, screams and cheers as he walked in, but not before sending a wink down my way. I laughed turning back to the tv hearing my phone ring moments later.

Shawnie Boy: I guess you can count that as our first kiss.

Babygirl: That was a disappointing 'first kiss' then.

Shawnie Boy: Looks like there's gonna be a lot of kisses to make up for it, huh?

Babygirl: Get back to your music, dork.
