Living with my parents is okay. And having a boyfriend in your grade.
I am not the ordinary sweet teenager. I'm the one who party's, if you ask me. My name is Mercedes Hale, age nineteen.
I got back home from a date with Blake. "Thanks for walking me home." I smiled a little bit and he kissed my cheek. "Your welcome." I wrapped my arms around his neck and he pulled in for a longer kiss. My mother opened the door. "Oh, why hello Blake." She gave him a quick smile. "Well I best get going. Night, love you Mercedes. And have a nice night Mrs. Hale." Blake waved goodbye and headed off. "Time for dinner." My mother said walking inside.
When I had sat down at the table my father looked at me. "Where have you been?" I smiled "With Blake, dad. Don't worry." He picked up his tea and sipped it. "Blake, huh..?" My mother turned away from the stove "Blake Jackson, dear." "Ah, yes. The Jackson family is a few blocks from here right?" He turned his head to me. I nodded. Soon my mom set our plates on the table.
After dinner I walked upstairs and grabbed a wine cooler. "Refreshing!" I said while opening the cap.
