Kate's POV
So yeah. Now you know the background information. So in the past 4 years, I have been in NYU, Harvard is great and all but NYU was calling.
I graduated college. I currently live in a nice, little apartment with a view of the city.
I did go out on a date with Rob. He was exactly what he said he wasn't. He was a sweet guy.
So now he is currently my boyfriend. We are bringing a little girl into this world. He impregnated me.
I never spoke to Johnson and Jake since that day. Joan and I are still best friends, even though she is in BU.
I currently carry Rob's daughter. I am 8 months in. I want Rob to be a part of this baby's life. Don't get me wrong. But I still love a certain brother of Joan's.
--
I hear keys shaking and the front door closing.
"Kate? Are you home?" It's Rob. He just came home.
"Yeah, I'm in the kitchen making dinner."
"Great. How's the baby?" He asks.
"Kicking up a storm."
"That's my little girl. She's going to be a soccer player, just like her dad." He says rather proudly.
"Yeah."
"Oh I hope you don't mind, but a friend of mine is coming to stay. He's bringing his brother. Just a little birthday get together. You don't mind do you?" He asks
"No problem, do I know him?" I ask as I stir the mashed potatoes.
"Yeah, you know Jonathon and Jake don't you?" He asks.
"Joan's brothers?"
"Yeah."
At that moment, I didn't know what was happening. Last thing I remember was dropping the stirring spoon, the room getting dark, and that's all I remembered.

Rob's POV
I came home early that day. I wanted to see Kate. After four years, I'm still madly in love with her. I opened the door after a long day of practice.
"Kate? Are you home?" I ask as I put the keys on the table and walk to the kitchen.
"Yeah, I'm in the kitchen making dinner." She responds.
"Great. How's the baby?" I ask, placing my hand on her stomach and looking into her eyes.
"Kicking up a storm." That made me so happy. My daughter will be just like me.
"That's my little girl. She's going to be a soccer player, just like her dad." I say. I was so proud.
"Yeah."
"Oh I hope you don't mind, but a friend of mine is coming to stay. He's bringing his brother. Just a little birthday get together. You don't mind do you?" I hope she wouldn't be mad. Besides, it's her best friend's brothers. What could go wrong?
"No problem, do I know him?" She asks.
"Yeah, you know Jonathon and Jake don't you?" I say cautiously. I hope she's on good terms with them.
"Joan's brothers?" She asks raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah." I say.
Next thing I know, she falls to the ground and totally blacks out. This is bad. Really bad.
