How Do I Tell You I Love You?

Chapter Four

Jack's POV:
"Why are ye staring at me Mark?",I say looking into his beautiful eyes. "Cause you're beautiful.",he says almost inaudible, breaking the gaze as he looks down at his hands. "But I could never tell you that.",he says almost too quietly.  "Mark...", I start. He ignores me and walks out of the room. "Mark!", I yell after him. "Ugh! I'm never going to tell him."I say quietly, as I start to cry. "Yes you will.", I hear his mom say. I jump and wipe tears off my face. "What do ye mean?"  "Tell Mark on Thanksgiving. Trust me, it'll be a good time.",she says. I nod and finish cooking. After all tomorrow is thanksgiving.
Later that night:
I'm laying on my bed watching TV when I hear a knock on my door. "Come in!",I say loudly enough for them to hear me. "Hey",I hear Mark's wonderful voice say. I sit up and say,"Hey!" He giggles, freaking giggles, and it was adorable. "So I was wondering if...",he starts, obviously thinking if what to say. "If what, Markimoo?",I ask. "If you'd like to...maybe go...go...out to d-dinner w-with me, t-tomorrow?",he says. My eyes widen a little and I jump up and tackle him in a hug. He tenses up but eventually hugs me back. My head is resting just under his chin and his head is resting on top of mine. "Of course I will",I mumble into his chest. I feel his arms tighten around me, and he mumbles,"I'm so glad you said yes."  I nuzzle into him and nod. He gently rubs my back, and I melt into his touch.  *borf* *borf* "Chica?!",Mark says irritably. I let go of him and immediately start petting Chica. "Aww who's a good girl? Who's a good girl? Ye are! Yes ye are ye are a good girl",I say. Mark groans. I laugh and look back at him. He's pouting. "What's ye problem Markie? We're ye enjoying our hug?",I ask. "What?! No!",he says rubbing the back of his head. I take a moment to study his features. His beautiful eyes, the way he smiles slightly, the way his hair falls over his eyes. It's all too precious.
