She had loved her from the day they met. She always had a longing desire to tell the other how she felt. But she never did, for she feared the news would dampen their friendship, and the other person would see her too differently. After all, the girl who loved, loved another girl. That was frowned upon, in this day and age.
The girl who loved had long, teal hair that extended down to her calves, and that was when it was put up. She nearly always put her hair up in twin tails, her teal bangs framing her face. She had light blue eyes, that complimented her hair. She was about 16, and her height was average. She wore a grey blue sleeveless top, with triangular folds at the neck piece. She wore a tie with a color that almost matched the color of her hair. The tie extended down to just above her navel, tied in the traditional style.
The bottom of her shirt split upward in the middle, just barely hidden by her tie. For a bottom, the girl wore a black, layered miniskirt, with a teal stripe at the end of it. On the side of her skirt, there was a blue and teal belt-like fabric, that wrapped around to the back of her same hip. For shoes, she wore a unique set of boots. The boots extended up to her thighs, just barely ending at the bottom of her skirt. There was a small teal stripe at the top of her boots. There was another stripe similar to the first one, at the soles of her boots.
She also wore accessories on her arms. The accessories were almost like the boots, only the ending where her hands were widened out and formed wide circles around the girl's wrists. On the sides of the accessories were keypads with many different colored buttons on each. The accessories began at about the bottom half of her arms. On the exposed part of her left arm, there was the number "01" in bolded red. Under it, very small and in the same red bold, was her name. The name read, "Hatsune Miku".
Miku had a very warm and loving smile on her face. The reason behind this was because she was staring at a portrait of the one she loved.
The one Miku loved had hair dark, dark midnight blue in color that could easily be mistakin for black. She also often put her hair up in twin tails, like Miku. One of her twin tails was shorter than the other. Like Miku's hairstyle, the one who Miku loved's bangs framed her face. She had bright and luminescent blue eyes. There was something unique about her eyes, though. She had white, circular rings under her pupil. The pupils were white instead of the usual black.
She wore a black cloak that extended down to her ankles. Even so, her sense if style was unique. All she wore for a top was a black bikini top, exposing her torso. It also gave the opportunity to see that she had two large scars on her torso, one near her chest and the other near her navel.
She wore black shorts completed with a large belt on her hips. She wore black combat boots that went up to her knees. She also wore black gloves and a black choker that was stationed at the middle of her neck. On both the back and left of her cloak was a white star insignia, which helped to signify who she was. Her name was Black Rock Shooter.
Black Rock Shooter was staring at the camera in the picture. She was leaning on a wall with her arms crossed in a cool manner. If most people looked at the picture, they would assume Black Rock Shooter wasn't feeling anything at all, since her expression was nuetral.
Miku, however, knew what Black Rock Shooter was feeling. She knew from experience that Black Rock Shooter had a calm and peaceful demeanor at the time. She was able to detect Black Rock Shooter's expression so easily because she had known Black Rock Shooter for years.
The two girls met when Miku was about 6 years old. Black Rock Shooter was around that age. The girl had a neutral expression on her face, and Miku at first felt intimidated. Even so, Miku had wanted a friend around her age who would actually talk to her instead of wander off with his/her own friends. So, Miku made an effort to talk to her future friend, and spend more time with her.
