Part One

Bailey finished brushing her long wavy hair out as her dad walked in holding her backpack.

"We're gonna be late." Riley urged

"Weren't you late on your first day?" She raised an eyebrow

"Well.. er- yeah, but you can't continue the tradition."

"Whatever" She walked out of the bathroom, grabbing the backpack from her fathers arms.

"Don't sass me young lady." He joked, pretending to be serious.

"Mom says we have to be sassy and classy"

"When did she- oh never mind."

The two got into the car, Abigail had already left (she worked at the school and she had to get up at ungodly hours)

After a short drive, they pulled around to the front.

"Don't be nervous" Riley encouraged

"Who said I was nervous?" Bailey asked confused

"Okay maybe that's just me... But don't do anything too stupid, don't get on the teachers bad side- oh and no boys!"

"Dad stop it" She covered her face.

"Fine, but I'm serious" he turned to face his daughter "I have a gun and I will not hesitate to-"

"Okay!"

"Now go child, you don't want to get lectured on your first day"

"Bye I looooooove you!" She smiled getting out and grabbing her bag.

"I looooove you too." He then sped off, and Bailey ran into the school where she saw her life long friend, Maya, who was one of her moms best friends daughter.

"Hola." Bailey whispered behind Mayas ear.

"What!?" She spun around, but smiled when seeing her best friend.

The two went into the school, into the upper gym to be met with tons of kids. They walked until the bell rang, which was one of the scariest sounds shed ever heard. Unfortunately, Bailey and Maya were in different homerooms. Bailey made her way to the large classroom where she had science and homeroom.

She walked in and half the class was already there, she sat down beside a girl with short blonde hair (who her dad called "dirthouse's spawn ") and another girl who looked Asian but she wasn't going to ask due to the fact she'd probably be labeled as racist.

After a few more students came in, including her "2nd cousin" Austin, who was Riley's best friend Bryan's son. Followed by an extremely tall boy and a really really short boy who looked like her parent's friend Tanner, but again, she wasn't gonna ask.

The teacher Dr.(*insert teacher name here*), stood up and walked over to the front of the class.

"Good morning." He smiled

"Good morning" The class glumly replied

"You've got to be more enthusiastic than that! Come on now"

"Enthusiasm is not my forte." Austin said from the back.

"Oh well, I tried, but welcome to your first day of 6th grade."
