-Tara's POV-
"Hey Harold." I say waving to him as I see him wait for the subway. "Hey! You almost missed it!" He points at the train coming towards us. "Oh well." I shrug. We step on the train and sit next to each other. It's raining pretty hard down on the window. School starts at 8 so we have to be there by 7:50. That's why we have to get up at 5 and then meet up at 6. The train here in Chicago is super slow or else we would get here at 6:30. Anyway, enough with math. My friend Valerie usually rides with us but she moved. I still miss her. So does Harry!
"I broke my phone yesterday." Harry laughs. "What? How?"
"I've dropped it a million times but yesterday I went to the park with Gemma and dropped it on the slide and somehow it broke. My screen is shattered. And it won't turn on." Gemma is his little sister. She is about 8. She is adorable. "Good going." I smirk. "Did you hear a new girl is coming to our school?"
"Really?" I would always get jealous if someone took Harry but at the same time, every girl at school likes him. Every girl!! "Yeah, Luke told me yesterday."
"How does he always know this stuff?" I say confused. He always knows something before anyone else does. "He said her name is Alyssa."
"Hmm. Pretty." He look at me and sees I'm already jealous. "Dont worry! I'm yours!" He winks. "Whatever. I don't care."
"Suurrree." He breaths. "Harry! I don't care!"
"Ok, then maybe she's really gorgeous and smart and I'll ask her out! Yeah, I'll get Luke to get her to talk to me." I roll my eyes. "Oh look were here! Oh there's Luke! Later!" He runs of the bus and goes and talks to Luke. Are you serious!?!? Harry!? I run off the bus and run next to him. I see that he notices I'm over here so he goes on and plays his game. "Ok, so you know that girl named Alyssa? Can-" I lightly punch his arm. "Okay! Enough, Harry! Caught me okay?" He laughs and I roll my eyes in defeat. Whatever. "Anyway, what's this Alyssa look like anyway?" I say looking at Luke as Harry puts his arm around me. I shrug it off. "Oh now your gonna play that game?" Harry raises an eyebrow, smirking. Luke points to a girl with glasses. She seems emo. "That's Alyssa." She seems nice. I walk up to her leaving Harry and Luke to themselves "Hi, Im Tara! Your Alyssa right?"
"Yeah?" She looks up at me. She is really pretty! She sees me staring at her complextion. "Is there something wrong?" She says raising an eyebrow. "Oh sorry. Your just so pretty!" I smile. "Oh, haha thanks." She smiles back. "So Tara is it?" She asks. "Yeah." I nod. "Pretty name." She says looking over my shoulder. "Who's that?" She points over to Harry and Luke. "Oh! That one is my friend named Harry and the other is named Luke. There really cool."
"The one on the right looks cute." She blushes. I look over there to see which one she was talking about. I follow her focus to see........
