'Once a spy, always a spy.'
That was the first lesson that seventeen year old, Kayla Carlos, had ever learnt. Of course there were other rules and lessons that she had learnt, 'Don't do drugs', 'don't tell secrets', 'don't forget your training,' but that was the one rule that she always had to remember.
As a top teenage spy for the TSS (Teenage Secret Service), she had learnt how to kill a fully grown man in less than 10 seconds. She knew how to hack into a top secret organisation from a cheap laptop. She knew 4 languages and if she ever went to high school, she would top the class instantly, unless, of course, they had a teenage Eisetien in the class, which was highly unlikely. But what she hadn't learnt, was how to deal with love.
15 missions. 14 of those had been successful. The last one? That one had been the most important mission Kayla had ever been sent on and, well, saying that it was a disaster was an understatement.
'Life will get better.'
Ian Parker had lived his whole life waiting for his life to get better. There had been a few times when he thought it had, then his hopes were crushed once again. An orphan at the age of ten, oldest of three, sent to foster care, separated from his brother and sister, poor, grades failing, what else could get worse?
When he had met Kayla Carlos, a new girl at his school, they had instantly clicked. Finally, he thought that his life was getting better. For a whole 6 months, he finally had someone who cared about him, loved him or so he thought. Just before his 17th birthday, Kayla broke up with him, saying that she had never loved him and he was just another fling. Heartbroken and overcome by a feeling of grief, Ian changed completely. He started getting in with the wrong people, using girls and getting into fights.
'Love conquers all.'
Kayla is finally sent on her 16th mission after a whole year of waiting - to fix her last disaster mission. Sent to a high school again, she meets Ian Parker, the boy whose heart she had broken. But he wasn't the same optimistic, sweet boy she had fallen in love with. He was now a cold and uncaring player, using girls, not caring about their feelings at all.
Will Kayla be able to fix her mistake once and for all? And will she ever be able to reconcile with herself for breaking Ian?

So, this is my new story idea. What do you think of it? I've already written the prologue and part of the first chapter, but I want to write a lot before I start posting this story. Please tell me what you think of it. Also, which of the three covers do you like the best? Thanks!
