"Remove your hand or I will rip your arm off and beat you to death with it . " I say in a strong voice while I looked up at the boy who stood in front of me he had pink hair and purple eyes he had on a teal shirt and black pants " Cat I'm so-" I cut him off before he could finish " just don't........ I don't want to hear it " I say holding back tears. He let go of my shoulders and I slowly back away. Finally letting the tears fall from my eyes. I turn to leave when he grabs my hand " Cat I know it's hard for you ........ that you just lost your family........ but you have nowhere to go ........ so let me help you I have an apartment and you can move in with me ........ please let me help you " the boy says " no Keith........ I can't let you do that " I say to him " please let me ........ I've known you almost my whole life let me help you ........ and I can't let a 16 year old girl be living on her own now can I????????" He says with a suspicious grin " and why would that be ?" I ask " well any boy from the age of 15 to 25 will try to take advantage of you." He says " I can handle myself Keith plus arn't you only 18 how do I know you won't be like those boys your so afraid of?" I ask he gives me a glare " shut up " he says I giggle a little I've known Keith ever since I was little I've had a crush on him for a long time now. He's just never noticed maybe because of the age difference even though it's small or maybe because he sees me as a little sister .... I'm not sure but whatever the reason was my feelings never changed towards him .... I just wanted him to know that. I looked up at him tears started to spill from my eyes.
Keith pulled me into a warm embrace. He began to pet my hair as he whispered in my ear that everything was going to be OK. But no matter what he said I couldn't stop the tears from falling . He lifted my chin up with his thumb. He then pressed his forehead against mine he then wiped the tears from my eyes with his thumb " oh Cat please stop crying it pains me too see you cry " he says then he sighs and says " well maybe if I say this it will help ........ Cat I love you " I look up at him shocked he then kisses my forehead puts his arm around me and says " I'll make you a deal if I go out with you will you stop crying?" He asks . I nod my head " good .... let's go home " he says with a smile as we walk down the road.
