Hey! So my phantom shift lasted for about three hours yesterday, and about my update for running, I'm still working in it. Hopefully if I keep working at it I can get it in a few months tops. And another thing, I joined a pack! I'm very excited, but I'm not going to give out information because I don't really think they would like me too.

Besides those things nothings really happened. I'm planning on meditating today or tomorrow.
