Kathrine was slumping down sadly down next to Allison who was reading a book. Now and then  she would look up at her friend then back down at her book to continue the story. They were sitting down on the front steps of Hannah's house. It was painted with a fine bright color red with a trim of white. The curtains were dyed yellow with beautiful, swirly colors. Kathrine was the first one to break the silence. "Hannah's house is so colorful right Al?"

Allison just shrugged. Kathrine pouted at her friends response then brightened up. "Fine what's the first word that you think of when I say Hannah's house?" Allison smirked and said "colorful."

Just as the word left her mouth Hannah burst out of her house then stopped short when she saw the two girls sitting on her front steps. She regained her self the with a hint of laugher in her voice said  "Well what are you waiting for? Lets go."

They stopped at Kathrine's house first for she forgot her books and then of course they went to the library. It was pouring down hard so with only their bags to cover them selves they went inside. Kathrine just walked across the parking lot getting drenched in the proses. As soon as they got inside Alison headed straight to the books while Hannah to the computers. Kathrine hesitated then grabbed a few fantasy books and started reading outside. She stayed under cover until something caught her eye.

Hannah finished her report for school and logged off. She was about to go find Allison and Kathrine until Allison walked up to her and headed to the check out counter. When Allison was done she looked to her side expecting to see Kathrine standing there but in stead Hannah walked right where she would be. "Where's Kat?' asked Hannah.

Allison just shrugged. "lets split up k?"

Allison nodded her head in agreement. They split up and after a while they decided to search outside for her. "Kat! Kattttt! Kaaaaat!" Hannah yelled outside, looked at Allison then they both started yelling for their friend.

Kathrine walked towards the small bump in the ground. As she grew nearer she easily saw it as a hole. She bent down and crawled into the small space. the deeper the went the bigger the space got. At bottom it grew big enough for her to stand. In front of her stood a door. the left over rain water dripped down the tips of her hair and echoed off in the small room. It was several feet taller than Kathrine. She reached up and out to the closest she could to the center of the door and pushed it open.
