3- the unexected

I could not get to sleep. no matter how hard I tried, it was impossible! all I could think about was brad. I hope he wants to meet up soon. after about 15 minutes, I luckily fell asleep.

------ the next morning--------

I woke up and checked my phone as usual. I had 2 unread messages, one from maddy and one from brad. I decided to open maddys first.

FROM MADDY

Heya, how r u? xoxo

TO MADDY

yea, I'm great! i made a new friend called Brad :) xoxo wbu ?? xx

then I looked at brads message

FROM BRAD

hey :) do u wanna do something today?? xx

TO BRAD

sure :) what did u have in mind? xx

I jumped in the shower and washed and conditioned my hair. I put on a tiny bit of makeup and left my hair natural. Brad wanted to go swimming at this open air pool nearby which sounded good. I put on my skater skirt and the kooks tank top. i went downstairs and had some  breakfast. i was surprised my parents didn't ask me to make them breakfast, but i wasn't complaining :D

after about 10 minutes i heard a knock at the door.

"Heya brad" i said "hey Libby, ready to goooo?" "Yep" i replied popping the p.

we walked for about 30 minutes. it was great because i got to know him a lot better. we spoke about music and he told me that he was in a band with 3 other boys. he said that i should meet them soon which i was really excited about. we arrived at the pool. we both went to get changed and met in the pool. i walked out and saw him standing there only in his trunks. wow he looked perfect. well dont blame me, i am a teenage girl... i decided to surprise him by splashing him with water. "hahaha got youuu!!!" i said to him. "oohh its on gurll" he replied. it suddenly turned into a huge water fight. it was so much fun. we just hung around in the pool for ages! "Libby, im not sure if i should tell you this because it might ruin out friendship. but i feel like this is the perfect time to tell you how i feel." omg... "i really like you Libby. like really really like. your perfect. your smile, your hair, the way you laugh. so basically what i want to ask is.. will you go on a date with me tomorrow?" i didn't answer but instead placed my lips on his. it was perfect. "is that a yes then?" brad said whilst smiling. "yep" i replied whilst blushing.
