I heard a footstep as I walked through the woods. I put my hand on my sword as a walked. Whatever was there, it knew i was here too. "Who's there?" Something moved behind me. "I'm here," a shadow-like figure appeared behind me, then infront. It vanished. I drew my sword from is holster and got into my battle stance. It appeared again, and i swung my sword at it, but it simply swung through. "WHO ARE YOU??" I screamed in terror. Even though i was strong, this was stronger. "I'm me," this voice was crackled and more horrifying than before. I started running, terrified for my life, i used my power. I rarely use it, but this was necessary at the time. The whole sky was engulfed in darkness. A single lightning bolt came down, shocked me, even though this didn't hurt, i could feel the surge of power flow through me. As usual, wing like shapes formed on my back as i took flight, trying to escape. "YOU CANT ESCAPE ME,"the voice yelled. The shadow-like creature jumped miles into the air, and to my surprise, flung me down to the ground. I screamed in pain. "You're mine now," it said.
