"Come on, Levi! We're gonna be late!!" I yelled at my ravenette from downstairs. I tugged on my sweater vest, and fixed my bow tie.
After I finished grabbing my phone from it's charging station on the kitchen counter, Levi came thumping down the stairs, fixing his own tie.
I wore a blue and white dotted under shirt, and a dark beige vest with black skinny jeans.

I was scrolling through my Instagram feed, when I felt strong arms around my torso. I flinched slightly, but soon realized it was my short boyfriend. "Morning, babe." I twisted my face back enough to kiss his cheek. He just grunted a 'morning', then started to make some tea.
After he drank his tea in that adorable way I love, we headed off to dinner at Marco's and Jean's. They recently got engaged, and bought a house together. So they invited us to a house-warming party.
"Don't do anything embarrassing, brat." Levi muttered, as he buckled his seatbelt.
"When was the last time I did something 'embarrassing'?" I rose an eyebrow, as the engine turned over.
"Last year's Christmas party, where you tripped over the power cord and turned off all the lights on the tree. Also that graduation party for Reiner and Bert's daughter, where you ate half the fucking cake, and lastly, that time we all went bowling, when you drank too much and fell while you tried to roll the ball", he went on.
"Okay, okay I get it." I laughed, backing out of the driveway. I did all that..? Jeez, I am embarrassing.

"Hey, guys!" Marco greeted, when we arrived. He had opened the door pretty speedily after we had knocked.
"Hey, Freckles! Thanks for inviting us." I beamed. He blushed at his nickname, and welcomed us in.
