Chapter 9

Jessica's POV.

Right when things are going good, something bad has to happen someway, somehow. Everyone who attended my baby shower such as friends and my immediate family now know my business. Embarrassed and humiliated fit me perfectly at this moment. I sat deep in thought as I thought of how to deal with this situation and see what Justin has to say. Just as I was about to leave, my phone rang and Justin's contact appeared. I sighed and rejected his call. What I do know is that I do not want to deal with it right away. I definitely don't want to see his face. I need time to think and time to relax for the health of my baby.

Nicki's POV. 

Rihanna has it coming to her. That was not the time nor her place to say things. She's lucky I didn't snap her skinny ass in two. Beyoncé drove us back to her house and I left from there. I decided to go pay Justin an unexpected visit. I called Jay to see if I could get anything out of him on where Justin might be right now.

"Sup Nic," Jay said as music played in the background.

"Hey Jay, umm do you know where Justin might be?" I asked and bit my nail.

"Everything good, Nic?" He asked. I rolled my eyes, growing impatient.

"Yeah I just have a few things for the baby that I want to drop off."

"Oh, well he left a while ago. He didn't say where he was going."

"Oh okay, Jay. I'll catch him some other time then."

"Alright. Hey, have you spoke to Bey lately?" he asked and I smirked. These two need to hurry and make up.

"Yeah she just came from Jessica's baby shower. She's at home." I said as I drove towards Justin's house.

"Oh alright, good talk."

"Okay, bye Jay." I said and ended the line. I decided to go see if Justin is at his house. and if he's not, he'll have to show up there eventually.

Justin's POV.

I called Jessica multiple times and she rejected my call each time. I left messages and she's ignoring those, too. I started to get worried so I called her mother and she said that the baby shower ended early and that I have a lot of explaining and making up to do. I was taken back by that but shrugged it off and decided to just go and see Jessica. If the baby shower ended early, im positive that she would be at home. I called Jessica one more time and to my surprise, she answered.

"What is it, Justin?" Her voice alone said that something was wrong.

"Jessica, are you okay? Why are you ignoring me? is the baby okay?" I asked and I heard her sigh.

"Everything is fine, Justin. I need to rest so please stop calling me right now. The baby is fine too, so please don't come over to check up on me." She said and I rubbed my face, getting frustrated.

"Why are you ignoring me, Jessica? Is it something I did?" I asked, confusingly.

"Just stop calling me, ok?" She said and ended the call. At this point, im confused. If it's something I did, I really don't have a clue on what it could be because I have tried to be the best I could be these past few months for the baby and for Jessica. I decided to just make my way home and give Jessica some space that she clearly needs right now. Right as I turn into the parking lot of my home, I see Nicki standing outside of her car. Why is she here?

Rihanna's POV.

The lines of cocaine were much needed. I was cracking up with laughter at some stupid dance Chris was doing. I needed something to make me feel good and forget about this whole day altogether. I can't believe what Justin and I had is really over. I put my all into our relationship but I guess everything happens for a reason. As for earlier, I didn't mean to ruin Jessica's baby shower but I was just really mad and everything just went left in my head. So now im just going to focus on Chris and see where this goes between him and I.

Nicki's POV.

I seen Justin pull up into the parking lot and park right beside my car. He got out and greeted me with a side hug.

"Hey Nic, what brings you here?" He asked as we made our way to his door. He unlocked the door and motioned for me to come in.

"Have you talked to Jessica lately?" I asked as I played with my hair.

"Alright, what's going on Nic? I know you have to know something to be questioning me about Jessica." he said as we took a seat on his leather couch. I huffed and looked down, questioning myself if I should tell him.

"Rihanna told Jessica that we fucked."
