"Come on X-Ray! We have to go save Mi-cool!" Gavin said as they ran off to save Michael from the zombies in Minecraft.
"We did it Vav!" Ray cheered.
"We sure did X-Ray!"
"Jeez, if Mavin wasn't a future thing I'd say you two have a nice bromance coming along." Ryan said laughing to himself.
Once they had finished recording the Let's play, everyone sent their footage and audio clips to Gavin so he could start to edit it.
While Gavin was editing the video everyone else but Ray went out for lunch.
"Hey Ray could you watch this clip for and tell me if I should put it in the video?"
"Sure buddy."
Ray got up from his desk and went over to Gavin's. Leaning down to watch the clip, Gavin could feel Ray's stubble poke his cheek lightly. He blushed, hoping Ray didn't see it.
"Yeah man this clip is great ! It should definitely be in the v- why is your face all red?"
Gavin cursed to himself, "I uh.. Was seeing how long I could hold my breath." He lied, hoping Ray would believe it.
Ray nodded slowly then went back to his desk to continue whatever he was doing before.
Gavin sighed and went back to editing the video. He had liked Ray for a while now, at first he thought it was just some silly bromance kinda like what he has with Michael. But the bromance he has with Ray is different, he has real feelings for Ray.
Gavin stared at the computer screen as he zoned out into a day dream.
"Hey Gavin?"
"Yes Ray?"
"I love you."
"I love you too, X-Ray and Vav forever !"
"No Gavin.. I love you."
He had finally said it, Gavin smiled at Ray, I love you too."
The two boys leaned into, their lips brushed against one each other's ever so gently.
"Hey Gav? Gavin? Vav? Hello earth to Gavin?!"
Quickly snapping out of his day dream he looked over at Ray, "What?"
"I'm going to get a drink and I was wondering if you wanted anything to drink?"
"Oh uh no thanks."
"Alright."
And with that Ray left the room, leaving Gavin alone with his thoughts.
'Ray said he loved me? But it was only a dream.. Bollocks."
Later that day
"Hey Gav you've been pretty quiet all day man, what's up?" Michael asked him.
"Uh I'm fine.. Why?"
"See that's how I know something's up, I just said you've been pretty quiet all day. It's only us, you can tell me Boi."
Gavin sighed, he knew Michael wouldn't give up until he told him what's wrong. "I had this day dream earlier.."
"Yeah so what? Every one has those."
"But mine.. Was about Ray.."
"What about Ray?" You could hear the curiosity in Michael's voice.
"We said we loved each other and almost kissed.."
Michael sat there shocked. The room was silent until Michael spoke up again.
"Do you like him, Gav?"
"I.... I think I do Mi-cool. I think I really like Ray. God I'm an idiot."
"You're no idiot, Boi, you can't help who you fall for."
"Thanks Mi-cool, you're my boi."
"No problem Gavvers."
The two went back to doing whatever. But what they didn't know is that Ray had been listening to the whole conversation from the other side of the door. He decided he couldn't face Gavin right then, so he texted him.
Ray: Hey Vav, could you meet me at the pizza place down the street?
Gavin: Sure thing, what time?
Ray: Now would be great.
Gavin: Alright.
Gavin met Ray at the pizza place, and they sat down at a booth waiting for their orders, silently.
"So...."
"What Gav?"
"You told me to meet you here.. Why?"
"Oh.. Yeah.. I need to talk to you about something.."
"About what?"
Ray still couldn't confront Gavin about earlier so he changed the subject.. For now.
"Are you in tonight's Podcast?"
"Yeah, are you?"
"Yep."
Then the rest of the little 'Lunch date' was pretty quiet.
During the podcast
"... And that was a recap of season 1 of RWBY."
The lads had been talking about RWBY for a while now, except Ray. But out of no where he got the balls to bring the topic up.
"Hey Gav?"
"Yea X-Ray?" They weren't whispering, but they weren't loud enough for anyone else to hear.
"I uh... Over heard you and Michael talking earlier."
Gavin quickly turned to Ray, " Uh what do you mean?"
"You know, about your day dream."
"Can we not talk about this now?!"
"Gavin I like you too."
While Ray and Gavin were having their own conversation, the others were still talking about RWBY, until Ray said that. Then everyone went silent.
In there own moment they didn't realize everyone else stopped talking and were watching them.
"You do?"
"Yeah Gav, I do."
Still not aware of everyone watching or even remembering about being live, the two leaned in and kissed, just like in Gavin's day dream. At first it was a sentimental peck, but the kiss grew with lust.
"Uh guys?" Jack said, ruining the moment.
The two boys flushed with embarrassment and turned red as a tomato.
"X-Ray and Vav! The super couple!" Jack cheered.
"Uh heh heh.. Yeah." Ray said nervously.
The rest of the podcast went of as usual, besides the few kisses Ray and Gavin snuck in every now and then.
