Was reading jackir30's book Murder with Mark, Jack, Bob and Wade, and I loved it so much that I wanted to try writing my own little prompt thing. If it somehow makes it in the book, I'd be so happy you guys have no idea. But since I love Star Trek, I thought I'd do that! Also if you hadn't read the book, you seriously need to read it 👍

When the darkness faded away, Mark was enveloped in instant chaos. He was sitting in a swivel chair with a black back and white armrests, red lights flashing overhead and alarms blaring as sparks shot from the ceiling. When he looked down, he noticed he was dressed in a yellow shirt with black pants. "Star Trek. Nice." He mused as he shot out of his seat to find the others. "Mark, are you at the bridge?" Jack's voice crackled over the control panels to his left, startling him. Steam hissing could faintly be heard in the background when he spoke. "Yeah, I think I'm supposed to be Captain Kirk." He observed his surroundings. The ship was falling straight towards Earth, pieces of the hull peeling off in flames. Mark turned towards the doors to walk off of the bridge when he ran into Bob. He was dressed the same, except his shirt was blue and his ears were pointed. "Spock?" Mark smirked. "Yep. Kinda like it though." Bob touched the tip of his ears. "Have you seen Wade?" "No." Mark frowned. "I heard from Jack though, except he didn't say where he was." He added. "Anybody need a doctor?" Wade strode down the hallway, dressed the same as Bob. "Do any of you guys have the gun?" He asked. Mark checked his waistband, but found nothing. Bob held up his empty hands with a shrug. "Must be Jack." Mark muttered, scanning the hallway for him. Suddenly the ship flipped over to its side, knocking us off of our feet and rolling us around. As soon as it started the ship froze again, still sideways. "We have to find Jack." Mark decided. The others nodded in agreement as they followed him across the wall of the corridor. They stopped at an opening, unsure if they should jump over it or turn back. "I'll go first." Mark volunteered, leaping over to safely land on the other side. Wade was next, grabbing onto the ledge and pulling himself up with the help of Mark when he fell short. Bob took a deep breath before jumping, falling short of Mark's hand by mere inches as he fell down the hallway, yelling as he began sliding on his back on the black floor with a screech. Mark and Wade exchanged glances before jumping down after him, wanting to stick together until the murderer was found. The fall abruptly ended when they all smashed into each other on a metal walkway, knocking all of them but Mark over the edge. He snagged onto the railing and Wade's hand while Bob plummeted down into the dark depths below. "God damn it Wade!" Mark shouted. "Need some help?" Jack grabbed onto Mark and hoisted him back up with Wade. "We gotta fix the warp core." He informed them as they followed him across the walkway to the engine room. "Okay Mr. Scott." Wade teased. "I'm a scotsman!" Jack said in a convincing Scottish accent. "We should probably focus on the exploding ship." Mark reminded the two. "Right. Where's Bob?" Jack looked behind us. "Wade didn't save him in time like a freaking idiot!" Mark explained in exasperation. "Wade you're such a dick." They heard Bob's voice echo. "Well I'm sorry!" Wade snapped. "Here's the warp core." Jack ignored the two's bickering. "It's highly irradiated though." "Jack, do you have the gun?" Mark paused, forgetting he hadn't asked him earlier. He nodded. "Then who's the murderer? Bob's dead!" Wade shouted. "Jack just stay here, Wade and I will go in and fix the warp core. Got it?" Jack nodded hesitantly. "You're not the murderer?" He eyed Mark and Wade suspiciously. "I'm not, if I was, I would've let Wade fall on that walkway." Mark answered. "Wade-" Mark and Jack turned on him, but before they could react, he stabbed Jack in the throat and shoved Mark in the room with the warp core, locking the door. "God damn it Wade!" Jack shouted angrily. "You let Bob fall on purpose, didn't you?" Mark leaned up against the see through door, sliding to a sitting position. "Yep!" Wade beamed, excited at his success. "I knew it!" Bob exclaimed. Mark could already feel the radiation poisoning taking hold, his breaths becoming shorter and more labored and his skin slick with sweat, matting his hair to his forehead. "Do you...trust me now Jack?" Mark coughed, his insides feeling like they were being baked in an oven. There was silence before he answered. "Yeah, I guess so." Mark smiled in relief despite the pain, listening o the alarms drone on like background noise as he closed his eyes. "Bob is right though Wade, you're a fucking dick." Mark panted, mainly to pass the time. It grew more excruciatingly painful with each breath he took, wishing the next one would be the last until finally it was. Bold blood red letters read "Murderer Wins!" before once again everything went dark for the next round
