When we got released I went home and put all of them in new onesies then gave them their pacifiers and put them in their baby swings and then I put up some dishes that were in the drainer. It was only 1:30 and I was all alone. Brayden was in school, his parents were on another business trip, and his sister and brother were in school too. After I was done doing some little things around the house I set up the two baby monitors, and laid down on the couch and dozed off a little bit. Just as I was about sleep Ailani started crying so I got up and picked up my baby girl and a bottle from the fridge, and put it in the bottle warmer. it was a 4oz bottle and it would only take seconds so I rubbed her back to calm her down some so the others wouldn't wake up. When the bottle was ready I sat on the couch with her baby head pillow and fed her. Each pillow had a babies' name it and a different color. After I fed her I burped her then rubbed her back to help her asthma and gave her the medicine she had to take for it. "Shh...shh... it's okay" I cooed in her ear. I was to nervous to go back to sleep so I stayed up and walked around with my baby and showed her the whole house. then I got on the computer and looked for a house for us. While in the middle of looking for houses my phone rang and it was a face time call from Brayden. I answered it and his face lite up when he saw his daughter.
"Hey bae what are you up too."
"Nothing Ailani's asthma is acting up. And she can't sleep."
"Oh well I'm on my way home."
"Why?"
"Because I was missing my babies and you."
"Well how far are you away?"
"Let's just say..."
"Say what!"
"Surprise!"
I was startled and so was Ailani. She started crying and wheezing. I patted her back and slowly her wheezing stopped. I got up and left my baby there and checked on my other angles I found Brayden holding Brysen. No surprise. I grabbed Jamie and cradled her. I changed her and sat back down on my computer with her laying in my legs. (yoga sitting style) I was still looking for houses. While I was looking Brayden came over and handed me Brysen.
"He needs feeding."
"Then you take both girls and change Ailani."
He nodded and took the girls up to their room. I the middle of feeding Brysen he stopped eating and started crying. I burped him and smelled his diaper. I brought him upstairs and laid him on the other changing table that was just for him. I unbuttoned his onesie and took off his dirty diaper and trashed it. I wiped him and put diaper rash cream on him then a new diaper. It took me 10 minutes to do that. As I cleaned up I noticed that he went to sleep. Looking over at the clock I noticed that it was already 4:50. Where did time go. I walked back down stairs and put on a movie and Continued to look for houses. halfway through the movie the girls and their dad came and joined us.
"Where were you?"
"Oh after I changed the girls I grabbed their bouncers and went into the basement and started working out."
"You were flexing for your daughters." I giggled.
"Yep. now what are we watching."
"Well I was watching bend it like beckham. but I'm going to cook."
I cooked some chicken and rice with fava beans, and made 12 bottles for today and tomorrow and put them in the fridge. I walked back over and grabbed the girls and let Brysen and Brayden spend more time together.
