Chapter Four (Part 2)

When I got inside the meeting place, the smell of a brewing coffee fell me to pieces. So aromatic. I miss this. I decided to sit beside the window and put my back there then go to the counter to order.
"One caramel frappe large and cheesecake. Thankyou." As said to the cashier.
"Okay ma'am. Name po?" She replied smiling.
"Margo is the name." I answer and gave back a pleasing smile.
"Got it ma'am. We'll just call you for your order." She said. And I go back to my chair. Checked my phone and see that there's no message. Where could my client be? I glance at my watch and it says that it was 2:30 pm. Well maybe I was early for 3:00 eh. Haha. When my order came I please my self eating it and prep my laptop for the client. Good thing they have wifi.
Minutes passed by and I saw a young lady walking towards my table. She must be Naddy.
"Hi! Catherina right? I'm Naddy Ash Dela Fuente." She greeted and insist a handshake.
"Yeah. Catherina. Margo nalang, I'm not used with my first name. And haba ey. Haha. Nice meeting you. Come sit." I replied, smiled and shake hands too.
"Kanina ka pa? I'm sorry ha. It was really traffic getting here. My apology." She said in a low convincing tone. And really? Did she just pouted? What with that thing eh.
"Apology accepted." I smiled at her and winked. She gave back a smile and we started to tackle the plans, motifs, where, what, when. Etcetera of her wedding.
"So, are you the only planning this stuff? Diba dapat your fiance also knew this kind of things?" I asked curiously. Mostly kasi, couple ang client ko and now lang ako naka encounter ng solo. May tutol ba sa kasal mo? Hehe.
"Oh. Yeah right. I already texted him to be here, his on his way na daw." She smiled and prep her things. Also mine. Well, the laptop was still needed but the details was jotted down on my notes. So okay na. Yung guy nalang ang kulang.
"Wait me okay? I'll just get our orders." sabi nito at saka pumunta sa counter. Seeing her fitted dress around her body. She looks like a model. No wonder kaya nagustuhan siya ng fiance niya. What lucky boy eh.
When she came back to our table, she gave me the latte we started to talk for awhile. She's not that funny but I like the way she takes the topic easily.
"Oh! There he is." her eyes sparkle like a star when saw her fiance walking towards the door. Well, nakatalikod siya kaya di ko alam, pero tindig palang. I think I saw him somewhere.
And when he entered the cafe. No. WRONG MOVE MARGO. This can't be. Wala si bessy dito. Paano na? Anong gagawin ko? Sabihin ko kayang excuse tapos magkunwaring nau-utot ako tsaka umalis! Hindi. Pangit yun. Haist. Bahala na. Tapeti naman talaga oh. Ang bait ni Starbucks, dito pa talaga kami pinagtagpo.
"Hi Babe!" Untag ni Naddy sa fiance niya tsaka ito hinalikan. Srsly? Sa harap ko talaga. Get a room.
"Hello Babe." He smiled at me and kissed back his fiance.
Tulala parin ako. Para akong nanunuod ng live na palabas tapos ako ang director, bida, kontrabida ng sarili kong story. Enebe nemen te.
"You must be the wedding planner right?" He asked me coldly. That stab my heart.
"Y-yeah." I utter and gave a decent smile that I can gave. And he smirk. Wait what? Anong ginawa niya? Nginisian niya lang ako? Ano to' lokohan. Sumbong kita kay Duterte diyan ey! Ngingisi nalang mukha pang chonggo. HAHAHAHA.
