Monday,7:28 AM

She's late, again. It's kind of a tradition, since she was little. She loses her focus on time and forgets where she's supposed to be. Blue bus ride off just in front of her eyes, making her run, but she's not a  good runner so it didn't last. -Fuck. -she muttered while looking for a phone.

-Sup Ingrid? -His deep, clear voice cracked.                                                         -The bus. It... -Ingrid tried to catch her breath,-It drove off. I'm late. -                  -Wait at the bus stop, I'll be there in 5.-He grumbled into the phone before hanging up.

-I'm so sorry Noah, I thought that I would be on time for the first time. -She stated, feeling pretty bad that Noah had to come get her.                       -Don't worry about it, I should just wait for you like everyday. -He smiled as he looked over at her. Ingrid couldn't sit still, she played with her caramel brown hair while looking through the window. -You okay? -He questioned getting a small nod from Ingrid.

7:52 AM

-I'm not really surprised that she's late. But it doesn't matter, she'll come. Ingrid is not a chicken, she wouldn't bail out because of a simple Math test. -Ruth kept blabbing over and over, not realizing that Amelia and Derrick weren't really listening to her. -So did you guys study? -She asked.                     -You talk too much. - ,Amelia spoke, -Please stop. -Begging now. Ruth rolled eyes at her and continued with talking, but that's Ruth. She's a talkative person, and if you ask people what do they know about her, it would be that trait. Talkative. That didn't bother Derrick, he frankly loved that about her. It's never awkward because she always has something to talk about.

Noah and Ingrid appeared to end Amelia's suffering. -Thank the God. -Amelia muttered as she got up from the bench. -By the way, you're late. Again. -, she stated, looking at her fancy watch, 7:57, -We have three minutes to get to the class, and if we don't, Mr.Barder will be pissed. -Derrick said the obvious. The five of them started running through old and boring orange hallways, bumping into a few people but not caring enough to apologize. They opened blue doors that had number '10' on them, it was a massive Math classroom. It's still unexplained why does one Math teacher need that big classroom just so he can teach about numbers. Everyone was sitting in their usual seats including Mr.Barder who was sitting at his desk, gazing everyone with his soulless eyes. The second bell rang, he got up and walked to everyone giving them papers with pointless Math.

-Ingrid, I see that you forgot your pen once again. -He grumbled and handed her a pen together with test. Ruth is trying to remember everything, and as soon as she got the test she wrote all the formulas so she doesn't forget them. Amelia didn't really study. Maths and Art are only two subjects she's good at, so it wasn't a problem for her as it was for Ingrid who was staring at the paper, looking at the numbers and symbols she didn't even know. She didn't blink, not once. Her legs didn't have peace, she didn't have peace and couldn't sit still. Noah has problems with Maths usually, but he studied really hard and probably more than others for this test. And he's sure he will nail it, even though his instincts are always 99.99% wrong.

8:35 AM

Everyone was quiet and focused, the only sound that was heard was Ingrid nervously tapping with her feet which was pissing Derrick off. He needs quiet to concentrate and Ingrid and her tapping weren't helping. 10 more minutes. Ruth and Amelia's tests were fully written that you can barely see a white paper. 5 more minutes. Noah and Derrick left a couple of questions empty, but most of them are solved. One more minute, Ingrid's paper looks like it's been written in code.

Bell rang. -Pens down. You are free to go when I take your test. -Mr.Barder said, walking over to everyone's desk taking their papers. -Shit!-Ingrid yelled with frustration. Thankfully, half of people were out already so no one saw or heard this.                              -Ingrid! You may hand me your paper and take a visit to the principal's office. -Mr.Barder barked at her. She got up and left, not bothering to wait for her friends.
