There exists a beast, a monster in mask
A human in face, a devil in task
A constant grin and handsome eyes
Its concern is thin, its truth is liesIt roams the cities, taverns, and towns
Wealth in hand, grandeur in gown
It seems to be charming, pleasant and kind
But deep within lies a twisted mindVictims are found, murdered and mauled
Broken by blade, mallet or fall
The thing moves on, without a sound or care
Leaving in its wake, fear and despairThe story says that man became beast
But I don't believe it, not in the least
Something this evil, sick and wrong
Must have been a monster, all along
