McMurphy's pov
I smirk as I wait for that bastard, this was going to be good~ He'd pay for holding Y/N the way he did, I only agreed to this so I could kill him. Then I could give Y/N his heart as a gift to show her my love for her ~

Girls like things like hearts right?~ so she would love this~! She had to, she had to love it! SHE FUCKING HAS TO ~!
She must love it! She loves me, so she'd love a surprise gift of affection ~! Just thinking about her not being here until tomorrow or even tonight made me worried.

Maybe I could go visit her once I'm done with this fucker. Just so she's not worried about me either I'm sure she's used to having me around so being alone must make her uncomfortable. And I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable, I sit on my bed when O/n walked in.

"Hello ~" I said. "Hello." He replied. I waited until he went to lock the door to attack. I grabbed the back of his shirt and smashed his head into the metal door. He yelped and called out for help. I growled and kept ramming his head into the door, I saw blood on the door but it wasn't enough for me..I reach into his pockets, surely there was something sharp. I fine something and smirk, a box cutter, good enough~

I stabbed him in the stomach making him yell out in pain "Shut up!" I slam his head down on the ground. I continued doing that until he passed out, now it was easier to cut out his heart, I needed it to be perfect for my dear kitten~

I might need a scalpel for this, but oh well ~ I started to slice into his chest and made sure the cuts were clean and precise. Even if I mess up, it's the thought that counts~ Hopefully I don't mess up, I kept slicing until I finally hit bone. Jackpot ~!

I smirk wickedly "The things I do for you kitten~" I looked around before finding a box that he brought for my medication that I never took. It was what I had. I took out the medication and put the heart in the box. I then went to find out how to get to my darling little kitten.

I went outisde and locked the door "Ratchad, can you call Y/N in?" "Uh... Sure." She said as she picked up the phone to call her in. "hello? can you come in Y/N?" "It's 4 in the morning, what happened?" "McMurphy wants to cuddle with you." I heard her sigh "God damnit... Fine."

Ratchad hung up "wait in here" I nodded as I waited for her. Half an hour later she came in "kitten, I want to show you something, I did it specially for you!" I led her back to my bedroom where I gave her the box "W- what's...?" "I thought you would like it, and there's what's behind you." She turned around and gasped at the bloody drawing of a heart. She opened the box then screamed.

"I knew you'd love it kitten~" I smirk as I hugged her. "W- whose heart is this...?" "O/n's. It's his blood on the wall and floor too." She gulped and whimpered. "Shh..Shh. .it's okay kitten~ I worked hard on that gift~ how do you like it?~" "..I-I..l-love it." I grinned happily "I knew you'd love it ~!" I said as I nuzzled her neck happily.

She shook beneath my touch and whimpered, maybe she was speechless~! That must be it "Come on kitten, let's get some sleep." I said gently as I carried her to my bed. I smiled as she snuggled into my chest. She seemed so happy ~ I knew she would love it~

I played with her hair for a while before I decided to get some sleep. I made sure I locked the door first, couldn't have people taking her from me. They'd never take her from me, NEVER! I wouldn't let it happen! No matter how hard they would try!

I'd just fucking kill them! Just like I killed O/n... Of course Y/N liked it so she'd like it if I did it again right?Surely she'd love it! But whose heart can I take this time...? Oh, I know! I can slaughter everyone in the institution, save for Ratchad and Y/N of course, and give her their hearts! It's the perfect gift idea!

She'll love it and it will be perfect~ the reason I'm not planning on killing Ratchad is because she's letting me have Y/n~ And she's been helping me. For that, I'm letting her live ~ If she betrayed me though she'd die.
