While i was having a serious conversation with brain suddenly there was a loud cracking sound which made both twins scared and then they hugged their mom and dad.
From one direction we all heard conversation of people. Though it wasn't clear we all heard most of the words. One tree house which was very near to us crashed down because of the storm. Immediately he got up and was about to go for rescue. But the children tried stopping their dad which defiantly didn't work.
"don't worry about me princesses. I promise to come back"
"but don't go daddy"
"yes daddy please be with us"
"princesses don't worry, daddy will always keep his promise." their mommy said.
"ok" both said crying.
he hugged all of them then immediately rushed towards the direction from which sound came.
After sometime he came along with an old couple. Twins rushed towards him hugging his legs tightly. Old couple looked at the children's affection adoringly.
"your children love you a lot" they said
Both of them smiled and kissed their children.
"uncle and aunt, what happened then? What was the sound?"
"because of the heavy wind, the tree on which we constructed house fell down" replied uncle.
"why??" asked Ella
"but our house is good. Then why did your tree break?" asked Emma
"your tree is so strong" uncle replied showing his arm muscle strength, "that's why you are safe"
Both twins smiled.
"children it's getting late come and sleep" said their mother.
"ok mommy" they replied and left with their mom.
That night also it rained heavily with full of thunders and lightning. Then we all heard another tree house collapsing which made twins to get more scared.
The temperature was decreasing highly which made me want to hug myself for the warmth.
My very opinionated brain gave me a look and said
*If you hug yourself then every branch will break and the tree house will collapse* are you planning to kill me with these thoughts? * it snapped at me, for which i nodded no
"mommy, can I get another bed sheet please" Emma asked her mother
"of course princess i will bring within a minute"
She took the bedsheet and tried covering one of my branches which gave me warmth at least for some extent.
"what are you doing Emma?"
"mommy it is raining outside and our fairy may feel cold" she replied
"fairy?"
She hugged me and said
"yeah. I'm speaking about our tree. It is saving us from rain which is a good thing right so it's a fairy too"
Her mom nodded her head and adjusted the bed sheet properly. Then Ella came and placed her flower crown on my branch and said
"umm well every fairy will have a crown right?"
"yeah"
"wait i will get mine and then we both will keep it at once"
"ok"
They gave me a pair of crowns and touched one of my branches smoothly, then both twins said
"we love you fairy😊. Good night"
