Tikki and Plagg: Before Miraculous

Plagg's Pov: Meeting Tikki

"Tikki?" Marinette asked while waking up." Marinette, go back to sleep." Tikki said." Not until you tell me whats wrong? And who is Plagg?" Marinette asked. " Plagg is Chat Noir's Kwami. He and I...." She trailed off. "You and him?" Marinette asked wanting her to continue." Plagg is also my husband." Tikki said.

"Your husband?!" Marinette asked incredulously. " Yes, my husband. Marinette have you ever wondered how I became a Kwami?" Tikki asked." You weren't one before?" Marinette asked. " I was human once like you but Plagg, he didn't want to give up the miraculous and neither did I." Tikki explained." Its selfish, I know but we were the first Ladybug and Chat Noir, can you blame us for that?" Tikki continued. " Tikki, could you tell me the story?" Marinette asked.

"Plagg?" Adrien asked." Oh, hey kid, go back to bed. You know you need your sleep." Plagg said. " Who's Tikki?" Adrien asked completely ignoring Plagg. " Kid, have you ever wondered why I eat so much cheese?" Plagg asked. " Yeah, I've wondered." Adrien replied." Tikki is my wife she is also Ladybug's Kwami. I'm so in love with her that cheese is to take my mind off of her." Plagg replied. "You know what let me tell you the story of how Tikki and I became the first Ladybug and Chat Noir as well as how we became Kwami's." Plagg continued.

Plagg's POV

I was a young boy of 16. My father made me join the guards and I did fairly well for my age. Unfortunately my parents wanted me to find a bride but I always thought women of the nobility were shallow. Now, I had never seen Tikki before or heard of her regardless of the fact she was from the nobility. One day after an argument with my mother about marriage again, I decided to go to the River Nile and relax but I had not anticipated to find a girl my age watching the clouds by the river.

I decided to say Hello. "Hello." I said. She looked up." Hello, how do you do?" She asked." Very well actually and you miss?" I asked." As well as I can be I suppose." She responded.

" I take it you've had a bad morning?" I asked. " Ugh, definitely." She said and they laughed. " What about you? What brought you all the way out here?" She asked. " Well for starters, Myself-" she giggled when I said That "But I also came out here to get away from it all you know? My parents are expecting me to find a bride, but ladies of the court are so shallow." I said." So I guess I would be shallow right?" She teased." Oh definitely not you, you seem the type that doesn't put up with it though." I said." That is true." She said.

"My name is Tikki." She said. " I'm Plagg." I responded. " If I may ask , what happened to make your morning terrible?" I asked." The other handmaidens of the Queen, they said I was too young to work for the Queen. I've always wanted to work for the Queen since I was a child. Then again the other handmaidens said to me ' She looks like a child, she'll never be able to be in the presence of the Queen.' After that I ran out here." She explained. " If makes you feel better, the other guards think it's ridiculous of me to think of  strategies instead if doing what they do and just go for it." I said laughing. " Strategy is the best thing to do if you want beat the enemies." She said.

After she said that, I finally got her to laugh after I said a few puns. She wasn't afraid to tell me my puns were awful and she was feisty , Kind, witty and absolutely beautiful. Now I'm not saying she isn't beautiful now because she is still beautiful but she had this look when I first met her, like she's seen quite the things in life I hadn't yet.

" Ok, kid I'll tell you more tomorrow night, now go to sleep." Plagg said. With the thought of more of the story the next night, Adrien went back to sleep enthusiastically.
