Stupid Crazy Lovely Roommates

Chapter Six

When I woke up No one was in my room and I was covered in my blankets with the lights off. I sat up and slowly opened the door to my bedroom and stepped into the livingroom. Jae was sitting at the kotatsu asleep with homework spread out around him. I sat down next to him and gently shook his shoulder. He rolled over and ignored me so I punched him in the shoulder. I jumped back as he shot into the sitting position while I laughed.

He glared at me then slowly started to smile and said, "I'm happy that you're back home.

I shrugged and looked down at my dress when Jae started laughing. He stopped laughing and slowly placed his hand on my cheek. I looked at him with wide eyes as he pulled me into a kiss. At first I started to panic but it felt nice so I let him kiss me. He held me close and I leaned into it. He slowly pulled away and looked me in the eye as I started to blush. I placed a hand on his chest and he rubbed his thumb against my cheek.

All of a sudden I remembered when I met Ji Won as a little kid and when we first started dating. I couldn't take it so I jumped away from Jae and ran into my room. Ji Won had ruined my life in so many different ways. I turned a clink on my window so I looked out the window to find Ji Won standing in front of it tapping his finger on it. He smiled and pointed in the direction of the front door. I nodded and went to my closet first to change out of my dress. It took me a total of two minutes to change. I put a black t-shirt on and a black and red plaid skater skirt with a long petticoat. Ji Won rang the doorbell before I could get there and Jae opened the door.

They stared at each other and I quickly slid on my black vans before squeezing past Jae. I grabbed Ji Won's hand and dragged him away from the house. We had reached the school went I let go of his hand and turned to face him. Ji Won pulled me close to him and kissed me hard. I Pushed away from him but he was stronger than me and I slowly gave up. He pulled away and dragged me down the street to his house. We reached his house and stood on the porch hand in hand. I pulled my hand from his and leaned against the wall as he unlocked the door to his house. He slowly opened it and pulled me inside the dark but beautiful house. I slowly walked over to the couch and rested my hand on the arm of it.

"I wish your parents never saw me kill that guy and that I never turned around to see you dad's face holding your mother's dead body," Ji Won said as he walked up behind me.

"If you really want us to get back together then why did you act like you wanted to kill me?"

"Because I thought maybe if I took her out of this world I forget you for good. I kept seeing you in my dreams and I couldn't stop thinking about how you might come back after you graduate," He said as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Tell me who shot my mother and father, please? I'm begging you!"

"If I tell you then you have to promise to keep that mouth of yours shut and stay by my side," I nodded and he spoke hesitantly,"My mother had wondered why I was out so late that night. She kept calling so I turned my phone off and went after the guy but my mom had been following me. Along with your parents stumbling in so did my mother. Your father was outraged and grabbed me by the collar but my mother wanted to protect her child so she went to shoot him but your mother jumped in the way. She died in his arms and my mother refused to kill anyone else so he took the gun from her and shot himself,"Tears had already started falling down my face but now they were a steady stream.

He turned me around and pulled me into a tight hug as I cried. I held onto his jacket as I cried and he tried to calm me. The lights turned on and I quickly threw up my walls and barbed wire. I wiped all tears away and stepped away from Ji Won. Lee Shun was making his way over to us with his face distorted in rage. He grabbed Ji Won by the collar and pulled his arm back to punch him but I grabbed his shoulder and placed my leg behind his. I pushed his shoulder back and watched him lose balance then topple over. Ji Won scrabbled away from Lee Shun and in his panic Lee Shun grabbed me instead. We both went down and my shoulder was the first to hit the ground. I screamed in pain as impact ripped the stitches from my skin. Lee Shun slowly got up and Ji Won ran to my side as I laid very still. Ji Won didn't hesitate as he tried to apply pressure to my shoulder but Lee Shun was bent on punishing him. Lee Shun pulled him away and threw him against the wall. All I could see was blurry figures as Lee Shun beat Ji Won. Our love had always brought him pain and for a while he had liked it. I felt fluttery touches against my shoulder and when I looked up Jin Hwan was hovering over me. I smiled slightly as my eyes closed and the last thing I heard was Ji Won yell that he loved me.
